This is the first time that I have gone through an agent to sell a vehicle, I admit that at the start I had some reservations which quickly got over. The first contact with Stéphanie inspired me with confidence and what followed confirmed my first impression. Lots of professionalism, clarity of speech, kindness, benevolence, support until the final sale despite a high budget without surprises. Personally if I have another sale to make (or a purchase) I will repeat via Stéphanie. A big thank you to you.

More than 3 days to validate an instantaneous payment (20 seconds in-between both banks that have an agreement !) is just unacceptable…
We had, as customers, to give cashsentinel a call in order to unlock this situation only few minutes before the transaction to be done.
feeling like using cashsentinel is useless and stressful: quickly and securely taking care of customers money is the only meaning of your business!

We check several pieces of information to guarantee the security of transactions on our platform. We check documents about the buyer, the seller, the vehicle and the payment. Some of the checks need to be completed before we credit the buyer's funds on the platform.
"quickly and securely taking care of customers money" precisely means we don't blindly credit funds without our checks being done.
It may not be obvious, but this is ultimately for your own good. Some clients are very thankful to have avoided a potential disaster thanks to us.
