Really helpful this kind of concept

Really helpful this kind of concept, for us Customer it is a very good value added. Only a reserve : the money has been transferred on the bank account of my brother (without gravity), but i don’t know who made the mistake.
But globally I recommand

After 30 km we had an engine caution…

After 30 km we had an engine caution message. Nox sensor faulty.
Sensor replaced (1000 €)
After 40 km engine caution message again.
I suspect the vehicle was sold to us with a hidden failure.

We advise you to get in touch with the agency, and hope that you will be successful.

Please also note that as a CashSentinel customer, you benefit from 3 months' legal protection, managed by Allianz Protection Juridique, to assist you in recourse with the seller, in the event of a hidden defect for example. Process to be improved!

Tight schedule for the procurement (us) and selling(previous owner)
Bank account reference was given 4 days in advance….before reception of the car
My cashsentinel Account has been created 2 days after, with no request on my IBAN
IBAN at least needed the day before reception…!
So complicated, long, not clear enough!

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We don't fully understand what the issue you are reporting is.

The bank account information is communicated to the buyer as soon as he has accepted his contract. The contract is prepared and sent by the agency. If you haven't received it early enough, please take this issue with the agency.

For the remainder of your comment, sorry but we don't understand the issue. Please feel free clarify (in French is fine too!), we're always happy to improve our service.

Extremely safe

Extremely safe means of money transaction.

They verify identities, and ensure funds are safe before granting green light for transaction.

I had a good experience for my vehicle.
