Before i take the loan they called me to confirm the amount WHY no one is informing me about if i don't add guarantor i will pay HIGH fees !!! Last SEPTEMBER, i had committed a loan transaction with them for just a little amount of money, turns out that i have to pay double now because they told me i didnt provide a GUARANTOR! which was very very insane as my guarantor already send his info, called and talked to them and everything turned out fine, so i didn't get a fine as i completed those transactions within 15 days, now on my second month i just found out they took a double amount for my payment. WHY? because they told me i didnt provide any guarantor. i had explained to them all the transactions that i had been through with them but they are in no help. And left me without any choice. I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS.. poor service 👎🏼

They hide information until you sign…
They hide information until you sign then they suprise you with new information about co signer and the rules required must be 30 years min - 11 months of Income above 10k etc - if you cant find that you pay 2000kr extra on 3000 kr loan this is their dubious business model - they are legal scammers be careful!!! Go vivus instead much better !!

But the fact a second person is needed as guarantee no matter the small amount it is, otherwise without that second person, the monthly payment is almost double, therefore the total amount to refund is as well higher almost double in a period of 6 months! At least the customer service is very clear with you about those details before to make sure you understand and agree or not with that.
