Do not buy coin packages from Cashoomo. They happily accept your money instantly, but when you win fairly and attempt to cash out, they deploy predatory stalling tactics to trap your funds.
I have yet to been able to actually talk to a person in their company or any representative of any kind besides the chat bot that only sends the same response every single time.

My active support ticket number for this ongoing nightmare is Ticket ID: SFF6EQ.

I am currently a month into waiting for a standard $220 ACH redemption. My account was 100% verified (KYC approved) before I ever requested the payout. The coins were won directly from a package I purchased with my own debit card—meaning there are absolutely zero unfulfilled bonus rules or promotional technicalities.

Despite meeting every requirement, my funds have been intentionally frozen in a "Pending" loophole for over 30 days. They state it can take up to 3-10 business days. I'm not the only one to experience this, actually it seems like the majority of people online have went through the same.

Whenever I reach out to customer service to ask why a standard ACH transfer is being delayed, I am repeatedly ghosted or spoon-fed automated, generic bot responses designed to string me along.

I have fully documented this entire fraudulent experience. I have kept time-stamped screenshots of:

1. The exact package purchase receipt.
2. The immediate win that followed it.
3. My fully verified profile status.
4. The endless pending redemption screen.
5. Every single generic bot email they have sent me.

This is a classic "reverse withdrawal trap" where a platform holds your money hoping you get frustrated and gamble it back. I refuse to cancel it.

If a manager does not contact me immediately to process my $220 transfer for Ticket ID: SFF6EQ, all of this documented evidence is being attached to formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for deceptive trade practices.

Stay away from this site if you actually expect to see your winnings.

The good: great game selection.
The bad: Cash out is at their discretion. Only allowed a $200 pay out in a 24hr period. After spending a decent amount of money on this platform I thought that was a bit ridiculous. There isn't a self service responsible game play feature either. Emailing or attempting to use the AI generated live chat is the only option. I've tried multiple times to close my account, only to get an email asking why or offering free coins to stick around. After reading over the rules (again), I'm going to request a charge back from my bank and hopefully that will do the trick. My final complaint, the AMOE offered is seriously a joke. The cost of postage is more than $1 they are offering.

I have been an avid player on cashoomo over a year & even spent so much became a platinum member. I found out after a friend tried to make an account it said "territory restricted " and this person couldn't make an account because Tennessee was a restricted state that rid online gambling at beginning of 2026. Well cashoomo should have let me known via email that my account was closing due to that...instead they illegally left my account open only because I did spent a good amount of money. I had a vip account so emails were quick on response & sent an email letting them know about this & they have illegally been accepting money from me knowing Im a Tennessee resident. I asked for a refund of all of the money I spent in the month of August & September 2026. I quickly got this email response

So after this email I have replied twice that I needed a date or time frame when this money which totals 4,369.19$ will be refunded & that the response "soon" or "some time" isnt acceptable. They have completely ghosted me. So I let them know I am seeking an attorney most definitely if they continue to ignore me & I will pursue all of the money they have accepted from me in 2026 instead of a month & half of the money they illegally accepted from me. This is unacceptable.

The games are good and fun but the RTP is not very good and I wouldn't know anything about cashing out because I can't win nothing to find out.
