Most displeasing is being offered a deposit bonus after you've made a deposit. Although very happy that the staff call centre is very local rather than abroad, the answer to the main disappointment is 'the offers will only be announced when available' after you've deposited your money. I love that the company is UK based but the free bonuses lack excitement and on occasion are only available once you've already played
I see potential on the site but much approvement is necessary to keep the customer interested

Cashmo not great withdrawal of £80 pounds on Tuesday and still not processed yet the same when u go on chat will take 3 to 4 working days and then another 4 working days to get.
There not will to help I think it is a joke and there not care.
Advisors follow a script not good customer services I think this needs to be improved.
I have just read over 59 reviews and none of them a good at all. That to me says something.

Won £503. Withdrew £200 as it wouldn't let me withdraw more than that. Received £50 and have been told the remaining £150 has been void!!! I've now raised an offical complaint, sent copies of my screenshots from the conversation, screenshots of my winnings and screenshots of my withdrawal. Have also began charge backs with my bank.

Avoid these at all costs, they give you plenty of free spins which are great, but once you win a few quid from them, there wagering requirements are a joke! I won £6 on free spins, checked to see how much I had to wager to withdraw my winnings... OVER A GRAND!!!... So I decided to play at £3.60 a spin, actually, miraculously managed to win around £250 after playing for a few hours.. met the massive wagering requirements, went to withdraw my winnings, the game said I had £250.00 withdrawal cash available to withdraw, I was well happy!!.. 10 days later I'm STILL waiting for my money to arrive in my bank!.. Absolutely awful site (one 5* review looks fake) asks for Id for proof of age, sent passport then wanted utility bill, recent activity of mobile showing what I've bought on it a bank statement showing payment of my mobile bill, the mobile bill/contract passport of a house mate and a utility bill for them! Logged a complaint with them 6 weeks ago no reply 2 more weeks and I can escalate it. Avoid like the plague.
