I want to clarify that we don’t deny withdrawals but we do have a hold system in place for certain offers. High-risk offers can have longer hold times which is a common practice across the GPT industry to ensure rewards are properly verified and to protect both members and the platform from potential fraud.

You might be referring to early release requests. We do allow early releases but only for low-risk offers with minimal history of chargebacks. Higher-value offers or offers that have had multiple chargebacks in the past may be held temporarily. This isn’t about blocking legitimate members, it’s about keeping the platform fair and secure for everyone.

CashInStyle passes along around 90% of what we receive from advertisers, the highest rates in the industry. Because of this, we don’t have room to cover losses from fraud or reversed rewards so these precautions are necessary.

Fraud and chargebacks are an unfortunate reality in the GPT world. If a reward is released too early and a problem is detected afterward, it may need to be reversed. Holding offers temporarily prevents this and ensures verified completions are credited correctly.

We completely understand that waiting can be frustrating especially when offers are completed legitimately. Please know we’re always looking for ways to improve processing speed and maintain a fair, secure platform. 1. We do not withhold member earnings.
Our system does not randomly “take” money from accounts. Any adjustments that occur are directly tied to chargebacks or reversals issued by offerwalls or advertisers or members repeating offers, chargebacks is something every GPT platform experiences. When an advertiser reverses a reward, the reversal is passed down to us. We don't generate chargebacks ourselves and we do not profit from them.

2. Withdrawals are paid consistently.
Thousands of withdrawals have been processed without issue and many members cash out daily. If a withdrawal is ever placed on hold, it is always due to a clear and documented reason (e.g., proxy/vpn, multiple accounts, verification requirement or high chargeback rate). We never block or delay withdrawals without explanation.

Chargebacks can happen in surveys, apps, games and offer completions when the advertiser flags something. Here are the most common reasons across the industry:

Survey Reversals:
Speeding (completing too fast compared to expected duration)

We have reviewed your case again and at the moment the last confirmation we received from Torox is for the “Reach level 30 in 30 days” part of the offer. We still haven’t received any confirmation or payment from Torox for the €19.99 purchase requirement which means that reward hasn’t reached us yet.

We completely understand how disappointing this is especially after completing the purchase and waiting for an update. To clarify, all tracking, verification and manual reviews are handled directly by Torox and the advertiser. Unfortunately, we can’t speed up their process or push tickets through and we can only credit the reward once they send us the approved payment.

Because we pass on almost everything we receive (with 90% payout rates), our margins don’t allow us to manually cover missing payments from offerwalls. If the confirmation had reached us, your reward would already be in your account.

For now, the best step is to continue following up with Torox. You might also try contacting them through other channels such as Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/user/Torox_Support/ where they tend to be more responsive.

First, we want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and the back-and-forth you have experienced.

After investigating, we found that your withdrawal was placed on hold because our system detected multiple accounts which isn’t allowed under our terms. Here’s a quick summary:

1- Account “Kaujaslauks” – first activity on Nov 7, 2025

2- Account “Riseofrok” – first activity on Sept 8, 2025

You requested to delete the Riseofrok account on Oct 11 which we processed successfully. Later, you started to use another account (Kaujaslauks) and that triggered duplicate account flags in our system.

Although you completed ID verification, the account was automatically flagged again because both profiles were linked. Since Riseofrok has the full earning history, it should remain as your main account.

To resolve this smoothly, we recommend keeping Riseofrok and deleting the duplicate. Please confirm if you’d like us to proceed with that via ticket and we will handle it right away.
