Even though I have had no issues with…

Even though I have had no issues with cash outs. I am having issues trying to connect with customer service. Every time I try to submit a ticket about one game not tracking correctly I receive a pop up saying that I need to verify my email. I thought that I already had this done or otherwise I would not have received any cash outs. Right? I just need to understand how I can reach customer service to get my issue resolved. Other than this I have had no issues with this site
