Poor customer Support

I left a review last time for non payment..that was sorted..but now they are still not replying to emails asking for help. I was owed a big points payout for a streak of days and then nothing happened. Very frustrating 😕. Ticket number 2239073 still not solved. It's a shame because the games are really interesting. Get your customer service sorted.

My account is suspended for suspicious…

EDIT:After writing the review I was contacted by customer service who fixed the issue and I was able to use PayPal again for the reward. So I decided to revise my original review. Thanks, Cash giraffe!

My account is suspended for suspicious activity. There is no suspicious activity, it has happened 2 times when I wanted to cash out. This is ridiculous I play and then don't get my rewards. It's been over a month since I contacted customer service and I haven't received a response. This is the tickets open with customer service: 2239717, 2239032, 2221483, 2218714, 2217837, 2217830, 2217829, 2204249 Avoid this app!!!!
