Very good communication and care by the staff. They work hard and care. Please don't expect wonder prices for your device even when estimated. But very easy dropoff options, free and simple. If you want to 'get rid' of anything for anything then you're right here.

I was very happy with the sale of my computer.The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.Will definitely sell to them again.

I sent them my desktop which was verified working when I sent it to them. They claimed a port was broken and could only recycle it or I had to pay to get ship it back. After not replying, they recycled it.

First day call was great! A UPS label was sent. Mailed in the iPad and it was delivered 2 days later. I tried several attempts to call them on the phone and it’s going straight to voicemail. This was iPad worth about $400. I can’t get to speak to anyone on the phone,PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY SHADY, if you ever mail anything in to them, you will never hear from them again! Nor will you get any money….SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!

I have had a great experience with Cash For Used Laptop. They have worked with me with counteroffers that would meet in between the quotes and the actual condition of the equipment. I have send different equipment to them including unused laptop, old iPhone, and more.

I had an old HP laptop that I no longer needed and decided I wanted to find somewhere to recycle the device. I decided to go with Cashforusedlaptops and they did not disappoint. The process was simple and quick. I packaged the device, they provided the label. I sent the device to them and 2 days later I received my payment. I made some money and a laptop I no longer needed got recycled.

Bait and switch. They offer big money and then once they receive the item they lie about it's condition and chop the offer in half. I sent them a pristine laptop in perfect working condition. They lied and said it was dented, scratched and had a defective battery. And the shitty thing is, you've already mailed them your laptop, so you can't get it back. You have to accept their dishonest offer, or you just get nothing and they still have your laptop. These guys are crooks.

While the quoted price was alot less than originally, I appreciate the payment for the device! It does help me out..

I sent in a laptop in good condition after being quoted $132. Once they had the device, they suddenly reduced the offer to $50, citing battery health and lack of warranty—neither of which were clearly factored into the original quote.

Worse, their terms and conditions are filled with legal jargon that contradicts the plain language used during the quote process. The categories and descriptions they use to assess value are vague by design, giving them room to arbitrarily downgrade your offer. And if you reject the lowball offer, you're required to cover return shipping yourself.

This isn’t just a poor user experience—it’s a deliberate bait-and-switch wrapped in misleading language. Be very cautious.

The process was really quick and easy to follow. They were honest and up front with expectations. And I received the money within a day of accepting the offer. I will use them in the future to sell my electronics

Would recommend for a quick and pain-free experience selling a used laptop. I sold an HP laptop that I feel was valuated fairly for having a defective battery, and contacting support when needed has been very easy to do both through phone and email.

The I pad was like new tried to keep the iPad an give me nothing
for it battery wasn’t damaged.I haven’t gotten no money for it.
