Another Satisfied Customer

Realistic Expectations and Persistence

When I initially sent my sterling silver to Cash for Silver, they made an offer that was much lower than I expected. They quickly returned my silver and life went on. After watching silver prices jump up from their recent low point and bounce around for a week or two, I contacted them again and asked them to take another look. Based on recent silver prices and the other factors they consider, they made an offer matching my minimum expectations on the nose. My check should arrive tomorrow by FedEx. My recommendation is to have realistic expectations and be a strong advocate for a fair price.

It was simple

It was simple. Shipping was free. I didn’t even have to speak to anyone. The only criticism I have is that it would have been nice to see the quote having listed each item, what the material actually was and what it weighed. Other than that, top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Smooth transaction Start to Finish.

Very smooth transaction. Easy to ship with “the kit”. Unfortunately what I had thought was sterling silver turned out to be plated copper. John took the time to explain their process of testing my items and offered a number of options that were very fair and reasonable. He was very patient with me and I will certainly use Cash for Silver in the future. I trust and completely recommend them if you have silver to sell. It’s easy, secure, and the customer service is exactly as it should be. Thanks John! -Eric

Excellent Experience
