This was my first time selling precious metals online, so I had some concerns. I took my time researching, and eventually felt good about "Cash for Gold USA". They are often one of the first to appear in search result. They are accredited by BBB with A+ rating, and has numerous positive reviews. So, I gave them a try, requested a risk-free appraisal.
At first, the reply sounded so polite and professional that I asked "are you AI by any chance?" and I got an immediate reply from Drew that he was a real person.
From there, for every step of the entire transaction, Drew was my person. He responded quickly, personably, and answered all my questions and concerns.
I printed a FedEx lable online, and shipped my items out. The same day they received the package, I received a quote, and Drew answered all my questions regarding how the appraisal was done. After a few interactions, we successfully came to the agreement. I must say that the final quote was very reasonable and fair. I was very happy with it.
Fedex next day delivery was made but there was a hickup. The delivery was made to the wrong building even though the address was correct. I immediately contacted Drew (and FedEx) for an advice.
He was calm and cool, suggested some options. Fortunately, the FedEx corrected the error and re-delivered the envelope on the same day. I texted Drew to let him know. Since they are on the East coast and I'm on the West, the business was closed already, but the first thing the next morning I saw a message from Drew congraturating the successful transaction.
All in all, I felt so good about the transaction especially the personal contact and communication I had with Drew. I completely trust "Cash for Gold USA", and I will do all my future business with them.
There are many fraudulant entities on the website and you really must be extra careful doing business online, but I can tell you now that "Cash for Gold USA" is the place to go. I'm very happy that I found them.

First they originally offered me almost half of what I finally settled on, after 3 more offers and me explaining i knew a general amount of what I had was worth. Then charged me $25 to ship my check that I can't get cashed anywhere in Bloomington Indiana. Paypal wouldn't even let me deposit it. I sold old coins to them about a month ago and they didn't charge me anything to deposit my money straight to my PayPal account. But I assume because they paid more than what they really hoped for they weren't as hospitable.
