It took a minute with text messages to recieve my mailer kit. Not the company's fault, but due to error on condo's unit number. Evidently 3M is not M3😅.
Once I got my kit and sent my jewlery in. It went super fast. I swear they gave me my appraisal with in 24 hours of receiving. During our communications, I was given a short video to watch. It explained how they do the appraisal process which was helpful and interesting. Any questions I asked were replied quickly. Mailed in two rings worth well over $7000 they sent rings back and in the mist my package was missing. I contacted FedEx and them about it. FedEx told me I had to get them to fill missing package claim and they refused too so now I'm out my jewelry with no way to replace it

FedEx came to my home
I was happy FedEx came to my home and picked up my jewelry. The FedEx pre filled out package, and instructions on how to package my jewelry was very easy to understand. About a week later they sent me an offer, I liked it and agreed. Less than a week later I received my check.
