Seems to be a common issue with this…
Seems to be a common issue with this lender as i see from the reviews.. applied for a loan asked for proof of income and bank card image. both sent no problem 20 minutes later declined. DONT APPROVE AN APPLICATION and then manually underwrite it after. we live in 2025 not 1940 everything is computerised.

Very poor customer service
I thought your staff would be friendly and helpful, but the way I was spoken to today on the phone, was absolutely disgusting. I was polite, but this individual did not seem to want to be polite back.
