Vert dissappointed as i thought this company was different but obviously not. Had a loan paid on time every month and paid the last month early. Needed another loan so applied....and was refused!

Misleading
Applied, completed information stated was sent to underwriters and approved, but needed a call to disscus best options of the loan. Booked call back didn't call me when I requested tried to call back never any answer!! When finally someone called me back 45 mins after requested time 3 days later i was told I would get a decision in an email, wasn't sure why as already been approved by underwriter?? Clearly they miss inform you because then I was rejected. Used this service about 1 year ago and paid off my first loan in half the time. I understand that everyones circumstances are different but don't lie to people about there status of applications that's not fair and extremely misleading! Just be honest with people like you expect applicants to be!

Avoid like the plague
So they said I'd been approved I signed the contract ect.. it said great your funds will be sent soon then had email whilst waiting for funds to be processed I had a email saying the underwriters had declined my loan these underwriters need a new job for a start but any way my point is if you do not wish to give the loan fine but don't miss lead people I made arrangements with the garage to book my car in for repair as soon as they said I'd been accepted and my funds was on there way now I will have to pay the garage a cancellation fee or try for another loan but I will now also get a negative on my credit file for the decline please read there reviews carefully they are a 2 bit dodgy firm

Although an application may appear approved after the initial checks, every payday loan must go through final underwriting before it can be funded. We want to reassure you that until a loan is funded we only carry out a soft credit check. This means there is no negative impact on your credit file, other than the standard record showing that you searched for a loan.
We understand how frustrating it can be to go through the application process and then be declined, and we are working to make our communication clearer so the process is easier to follow.
