the biggest issue is clients don't…

the biggest issue is clients don't understand they cant log out and then go back and Add accounts they forget. once logged out.
they need to have a time frame that allows them to go back in. a day or two
. or I have to keep resending the link. but the time I keep doing that, it would have been quicker for them to just send it to me

Thanks for responding.

We have a re-enable option that allows you to open a link back up again for 72 hours so clients can add more accounts. Re-enabling links is free.

For security purposes, we don't leave links open by default. We delete everything to do with the users session once it's complete to give your clients a highly secure experience. I will chat to our team about whether we can insert a message that explains this to the user.

Cashdeck is a phenomenal App

Cashdeck is a phenomenal App. Iniitally I used this to retrieve bank statements from customers in a timely and efficient manner. By timely - I mean this literally takes 90 seconds for a client to complete this otherwise annoying task. Cashdeck has evolved to now also analyse the spending pattern of the client. In the current environment having a detailed understanding of one's cost of living is vital. I would not hesitate to recommend this app to other brokers.

some friction from Banks

I love the whole concept of this facility and it does work for the clients
The only problem is that you need to get more of the Banks on board as some of them will not accept the transaction listing as looks like a screen shot - so they say
Will more banks be getting on board with this?

In terms of the screenshot appearance, we retrieve both official statements (where they are available) and also a transaction listing in PDF form as if the user pressed "Print" when logged into their bank to cover the period from the last official statement to the present day.

So that may appear as a screenshot to some banks. As banks become more familiar with the process this issue should ease. Hope this is a help.

Safe and fast service to get your statements to your broker! Highly Recommend, Used many times and it is such a breeze. Would be great if you could request statements from iPhone but all in all its a great system.

We retrieve official statements for the period that the banks provide, plus a transaction listing in PDF form to cover the period from the last official statement to the present day.

This is a great product that provides…

This is a great product that provides up too date statements almost immediately - so no more out of date paper work or chasing customers for interim statements - but it needs to be used at first appointment with the customer to determine if they actually have online banking.

Great experience

Great experience, simple, effective and saves so much time working in finance to achieve outcome for lenders and client. Will also assist in clients taking better control of their finances with the added facilities.
