I have been a client of cashco for a…

I have been a client of cashco for a few years. This last time I was trying to get a loan I was denied due to some search changes??? I wait a week only to find out she doesn't work there anymore. She passed it off to someone else and I never heard thing. I have called emailed for days, nothing, all you get when you call is all our operators are currently busy and leave a message, then it says when you email please wait 72 hours due to high volume of calls, it's been way past 72 hours still nothing.

From best to absolute WORST

Cashco used to be the very best at what they did. Since changes to operations they have become the absolute worst, If I could I would rate at negative 10 stars. I can definitely see this business going under in less than a year.
I will be searching out a new short term loan business.

Very annoyed!

Absolutely ridiculous been trying to get ahold of someone since last Thursday and I response to emails or voice mails!! What’s going on!? Are you even in business still!?

Since closing the office

Since closing the office . Customer service is horrible. You have to call or leave your information online and no one every gets back to you. At least when there was a store a live person could help you. Now no one amswes the phone even at 7am when you open? How can you unavailable at 7am? Even the government answers the phone even it's a long wait. I am surprised this new model you have not lost to your competition.

Previous agent I worked with in BC, no longer works there, so I wonder if they have closed their doors?

Poorly managed Loan Company

Edit: Try calling now. They just have an automated message saying their systems were adjusted and not to call in. They're going out of business.

I've been a regular customer with Cashco Financial for 2 years now, and recently got denied on an application. They had no reason stated. Among their many blunders has also been their online portal being down for several months now, as well as the termination of their in-person branches. It's obvious that whoever is running things, they need to be fired before the company goes bankrupt.

Cashco Financials Sad Change

I am compelled to inform everyone that Cashco Financial is no longer a viable option for loans. They have transitioned to an automated system, which lacks empathy and will not provide assistance to individuals in need. I have previously utilized their services to bridge financial gaps between paydays and have consistently made timely payments. However, they declined my request for assistance today due to a negative account balance, which is precisely the scenario in which a loan is necessary. It is disappointing that they have abandoned their commitment to helping individuals. I advise against trusting or seeking financial assistance from Cashco Financial.

denied over policy change when doing this loan exactly same way for over a year

I have been getting payday loans for the past year on my child tax. Pay my first payment on the 20th and last at month end and reloan as it only way to pay rent. Did this today and was denied as they claim their policies changed. Shouldnt the rep have to me this when i called to pay and reloan no she did not. So now my loan is paid and my rent is not. VERY unsatisfied and stressed customer who cant cover rent.

Don't believe the no credit check required

The first time I applied I received a response within an hour no problems got my money right away. Paid the amount owing on time. Applied the second time waited 3 days had to reapply still no response finally phoned them the next day to find out I was denied.

FUNDS RETRIEVAL DIFFICULTY AND LACK OF PROPER BUSINESS PRACTICES AND RESPECT

I am very frustrated and disappointed with CashCo Financial Company and their staff. Tomorrow marks one week since I have been trying to recover my own funds, and the lack of communication and updates is nothing short of infuriating. I am still waiting for information about the status of my money that needs to be returned, and it feels like I'm talking to a wall.

I transferred $1,140 to CashCo Financial Inc. on September 10, as my loan payment and it was successfully auto deposited. However, on September 11, the same amount was auto-debited from my TD chequing account. This situation has led to me being charged for NSF and overdraft fees since Friday because of the double withdrawal. 

I've repeatedly requested that my funds be transferred to the email address used during the loan funding process or directly deposited into my TD account ending in ***4271 or to transfer my money to the email address cashco used during the loan funding process on my interac e-transfer address on file. I need the funds promptly to meet my financial obligations to others. The delay in getting my money back is causing me unnecessary expenses and frustration as I struggle to meet my financial obligations to others. It’s absolutely unacceptable that I need to chase after my own money!

While I understand there is a process, it seems like that process is non-existent when it comes to applying it to my case. If CashCo had any sense of urgency or respect for their clients, they would have communicated clearly and kept me updated. Instead, I feel ignored and undervalued as a customer. It’s evident that not everyone at CashCo understands how critical it is to listen and respond to clients in a timely manner.

It’s incredibly frustrating to think about how many customers must feel the same way, overlooked and unheard when it comes to something as simple as an email update. Transparency and communication should be foundational values of any financial service, yet CashCo seems to be failing miserably in these areas.

Every customer deserves to feel valued and informed, but CashCo has made me feel the opposite. I am beyond dissatisfied and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for financial services that actually care about their clients.
I suppose not all from Cashco fully grasp how crucial it is to be heard until you go through a similar challenge yourself. I sincerely hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but considering my experience, it’s hard not to believe it will. BUT I firmly believe it will at some point happen to some of you sooner or later.

I solemnly wish it will be sooner rather than later, so you can say, ‘This is how it feels to be ignored,’ and you will be at somebody else's mercy.

I can’t change the past, and if I could, I would never have applied to this company. If I had seen what was coming, I wouldn’t have made the same mistake again. This has been a tough lesson for me! I will never, ever apply to this lender again. It’s not just about the high rates, which I know many lenders charges. But in situations like mine, you will cry blood and tears to get your OWN MONEY. I’m left struggling to get it back. They seem to captive your funds and likely use them for their own benefit.

Applied for a loan Friday sept 5th got an email to call in I called in and was told to send over my picture ID and void chequ which I did , tried texting and emailing the lady Saturday didn’t get any response called today and was told they’d pass on the message in stead of helping me

Waiting 4 days for an answer

I applied for a loan Aug 31 and am still waiting for an answer. I called at 2:30pm today sept 4 and spoke with someone on the phone, didn’t get any information about my loan status, and then I was told they will look at it and call me… I’m still waiting for a call back.

Fantastic Service From Amy Today

Obviously you know the rates are high if you are looking for this kind of loan you accept it and it’s the norm with these kind of loan but Cashco has been the easiest and greatest to deal with for short term “payday” style loans. Amy was very knowledgeable and quick with the loan and responses today and had no problem answering a few extra questions I had this time around. 10/10 service again. Obviously shop around and such if you have the credit for it but if you need these kind of loans Cashco is definitely one of the best to deal with and I honestly have no complaints so far.
