CashCall Mortgage was just as advertised. I'm very pleased with the communication and professionalism during my home refinance. The refinance only took about 15 days total. Will recommend this company to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance.

I have and will continue to recommend others to CashCall Mortgage. Their loan refi process was seamless. The application to disbursement process took less than three weeks!

Excellent service; fast, smooth, seamless... my agent was always helpful, patient and very accessible, even before and after business hours! This was our third time using CashCall, they initially had helped us on a difficult re-fi our own bank wouldn't touch!

This is my third refinance with CashCall and Mike Z. in particular. The entire process is always so streamlined, simple, and surprise-free. Too many employees involved in the process not communicating with each other. Phone calls and emails sometimes went unanswered for a number of days. If you need a straight forward mortgage find another source.

Process of refinance went smoothly until the tail end of it. Deadline for funding of the old loan past without being funded and no notification of the delay. Mortgage payment to the old loan was made by auto pay because of the delay in funding the old mortgage loan. First payment of the new mortgage loan remained the same despite the delay. I lost trust in the process and disappointed with the company.

Your company could not have been more professional, more gracious or more efficient.We would not hesitate to do business again, should the need arise. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience.
