Super fast, including receiving the postal pack. Free postage back, next day after posting received a phone call with a valuation which was as expected and fair to gold value and then quick payment. which is what you want really. I can't think of anything else except perhaps if you miss the phone call, personal preference might be text, but then you just call back.

Top notch company, got my selling pack within couple days. Sent off my gold at 4pm and by 11am next day got a call with my valuation. Wasnt happy with it and they said if within the next couple days the gold value increases they will buy it for the price i was happy with. It was accepted and within day and half i had my cash. Would highly recommend.

Do not sell to these people. I asked for a gold chain to be returned several times during my conversations with this company. They tell me they listened back to the call and I never asked for a return. I did ask several time because I know the item they told me wasn't gold, was. When I asked for the phone recordings they went silent on me and wont answer my email request. Go to a local jewelry.. do not send your gold to them
