I received my phone case and it’s exactly what I wanted and expected.
This isn’t a fake company from what I have experienced, but I did think it was because the tracking sends you to a Chinese page that isnt translate-able.
I deffo thought I’d been scammed and was literally just about to buy a new case when it arrived today, a week after ordering.
Maybe as it’s in china, if there are problems with your order, the customer service in non-existent or very poor? Luckily I did t have a problem.
Good quality, sturdy and reasonably priced.
Only giving four stars as it would be helpful if the tracking page led somewhere!

SCAM! I ordered two cases 3 months ago and still haven’t received anything it literally says my address was wrong and then it said pending . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SIGHT .

Please do not trust this site. Order was pending for more than 1 month. All emails and checking status thru website was ignored!!

This site is a complete scam, I started becoming suspicious when I ddnt need to confirm on my banking app.when making the order. Also the Non tracking Delivery? What's up with that? I had already accepted that I was Scammed even way before my delivery date. Pity i could not reverse the money. Please be careful

This site is not genuine. Definitely a scam. Never received the order or a response to my many emails. Chat response were always the same but never confirmed when my order was going to be delivered

Basically everything has been said: Scam!
Shady replies (if any reply at all), all excuses ("DHL doesn't provide tracking for their Express delivery..", "We wanted to deliver but there was nobody home!" (we have a 24/7 concierge service), "Your address was not correct, please enter again.."

Their customer service chat system might do many things, but chatting with the customers about service isn't one of them...

Really disappointing, and I really think that things like these add to FB's negative trust issues as Casesfy was heavily advertised on FB...

Definitely a SCAM! VERY POOR communication on all platforms. You get some response, however when you start asking serious questions, they simply ignore you.

SCAM! Tracking says delivered but nothing came at all. When enquired of this "delivery", no replies despite emailing, messaging through IG... Simply nothing!

Be careful, this site is same like casesstudio.com , and go read reviews about them. Then compare them, its just baby fraud site, they look same even. I ordered from casesstudio over 2 months ago and nothing, they just avoid you. So be careful about this one before its too late
