The most awful place I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered my phone case 6 months ago, and never received it. I have contacted them many of times and there was no answer. Please do not waste your money on them.

I ordered from then 12/27/19. I was not sent tracking info and I have emailed them 7 times with no response. I called my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. Do not order waste of money and time they're a SCAM!

I would choose ZERO STARS if I had the option. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered a phone case FOUR MONTHS ago and have yet to receive it. I have sent a dozen emails and messaged them on Facebook. They have read my Facebook message and HAVE READ IT AND NOT REPLIED!!! I have never dealt with a company that is so awful and ignores people who spend their money on their products. I have a lawyer who I am speaking to regarding the matter. They need a lawsuit against them.

They don’t deserve any stars! I ordered a case months ago (June) and STILL haven’t received it! They responded to my first email and that was it. They have stopped responding and it is ridiculous

Shame I can’t leave ZERO STARS as I gave away my money and received nothing in return. They’ll take your money and ignore your emails. Nice to know Instagram promotes scammers- that’s where I saw the advertisement for this fake company! :)

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They’re a TOTAL SCAM. They rob you of your money. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 months and haven’t got my case. Have sent them numerous emails which have gotten no responses. Wish I could give them -5 stars.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They literally stole my money and never gave me a phone case. I ordered over a month ago and have tried emailing and calling them. I ended up reporting them to the federal trade commission

Took ages to come, their sent from China! Now it’s arrived it’s really poor quality nothing like the picture, could have got a better one from eBay for couple of quid! Don’t waste your time or money! Would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

There should be an option not to give them any stars! I placed an order 30 days ago! That’s not including weekend days! They never sent me tracking information. So I emailed them a couple day after I noticed. The email they replied with STILL had no tracking information and said it will take 7 to 13 business days. Day 13 I emailed them again. No email back. Day 16 I emailed them. No email back. And this morning the 19th I also emailed them and no email back. They literally steal your money in return for no phone cases and no communication. Worst company I’ve ever shopped from! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Obviously CassMyVibe doesn’t have a section for reviews on their page. I unfortunately saw all of these accurate bad reviews after I had purchased my case. I bought my case on July 19th and it was delivered on Aug 12th. I didn’t really mind the wait. I wasn’t really needing a new case, I just thought the mirrored one was cool. So when it finally came and I saw that the material wasn’t a mirror at all, I was completely over the whole experience. What I receivers looked nothing like what was pictured on their site. It’s scratched and I guess the “colored plastic” that was to be the mirrored rose gold is peeling. Definitely a complete waste of time and money.

After 2 months of waiting, emailing, waiting emailing, and waiting again, I have finally received my case. Does this sound like good news? It’s not. Throughout this entire waiting process, they said “ 5-15 business days.” and wanting me to be patient. I have been for the most part, but when I finally got my case, I was extremely disappointed. The case that I got wasn’t even the case that I ordered and the material is super bad. It is also the wrong size and I am so bothered at the moment. I better get a refund, but after reading these reviews for the last 2 months, there is no hope.

It's been over a month and I have YET to receive my case. I've emailed them MANY times and they always reply "if you haven't received it by next week, please get back in touch. We're sorry for the inconvenience and the way you feel about our company." It's a scam. Don't waste your time or money ordering. We'll see if I ever get my case or not. I will NEVER order from them again, and will for SURE never leave a good review about this company.

I They shouldn’t be able to get one star. Took over 40 days to get my case. No tracking info. Then I get it and it’s not even the case I ordered. I have been emailing them for a week, 5-6 times, to their customer service for my money back... crickets! Frauds, don’t order from them... such a rip off!

I don’t even want to give 1 star. It took over a month for me to get 2 cases. Every time I asked for an update or a tracking number, they would tell me “shipping can take 7-15 days, not including weekends” I never got a real answer. When the cases finally arrived, they were the wrong color and size. I have been emailing them over and over demanding a refund and of course they are not replying.

It took a very very very long time for my cases to come in, but they DID come in!!! And I LOVE them!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Not only did it take me 2 MONTHS to receive the order, they sent me the WRONG size phone cases from what I ordered. They ignored all of my customer service emails. TERRIBLE COMPANY. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
