Terrible customer service because I ordered a package from them in June, but it was not delivered to me the first time, and I wanted a refund, but they made me pay 5$ more to send another package and I received that in September. It took me 4 months to have the package delivered.

Purchased 2 cases for my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra from this website. Very impressed. Excellent quality. Highly recommend this site.

CaseisMyLife was great! The team is very kind and attentive. In my first order, I had an error and wrote a wring Zip Code in mu address. The company was kind enough to send me another case for free in my second order and were very concerned about the items getting home safely. Very good communication and service.

Product came quickly and I'm very impressed with it's quality! It was hard to pick a design since I liked so many but I'm very glad with how mine came out. I definitely plan on buying more cases from them whenever I upgrade my phone and have recommended them to my friend. The customer service rep was very friendly via email.

Terrible customer service. Claimed I received my package when I did not, provided me dubious tracking information which I have not record of in my own email, and THEN asked me for more money to “resolve the issue.” Overall this is a shady, untrustworthy business and I question whether it’s a full on scam.

I recieved my order early, love the phone cases! They are exactly as shown in the website, good quality print of the artwork on the back, precise cutouts and buttons. I'm very impressed, will definitely be ordering more as gifts someday!

I've bought from this company twice now, once for my Iphone 8 and now for my Iphone 12. The cases look and feel great. Easy to pull out of my pockets but grip enough to not slip out of my hand. When my phone has fallen though the case has saved it from any and all damage.

At first I was skeptic of this website first of all and if the case is really good. And I was wrong. The case was so pretty that I ordered once again for my new device.! I dropped my phone accidentally, thank goodness I had my case from caseismylife. And not only that I love that they have this simple design and at the same time japanese ones! I've searched for such cases for a long time! Thank you and keep up the good work! :)

I`m very surprised with the overall quality of the case. My phone slipped from my hand and fell on the floor; it was intact.

Awesome, The durability with these cases this is my third device and they have been excellent I just hope they would get a lot more credit where it’s due and put out a lot more artwork there’s a huge selection I just hate waiting for drops ha ha

I had a problem with my shipping and the company offered little to no help solving it. There was a problem involving the company responsible for the shipping (SF Express for the international shipping and La Poste for the shipping within France) and they offered very little help and even gave me the wrong number for reaching La Poste. To this day, I have been waiting for almost a month and their customer service has not replied me in a couple of days even after two e-mails. I've tried a refund, but they insisted on solving the problem, which will clearly take still a couple of weeks. My phone currently has no case because I assumed I would have it on the informed delay (which shouldn't be expecting too much)

I will never again buy with them and will strongly advise anyone close to me to do the same.

Thick casing phone really snug nicely .. Simple and cute design i love it. Very nice to hold feels good on the hand not the typical tpu case seriously the best quality case I've ever bought. Well worth the money
