Review
I got no timeslot allocated and so when the driver arrived he did so without any notice. I think that could be a little better. I was told that we would need 2 people to carry the box inside. In truth the box was so heavy that it took 3 of us including the helpful driver. No normal people would have been able to carry this in. I assumed it would come in more than one box - it came in one. Perhaps this needs clarity.

I was very happy with my order of the Cross extendable oak dining table from Case Furniture. The table arrived at the pre-arranged time and the table instructions were very user-friendly. The questions I asked via email were answered promptly and helpfully. The table is absolutely beautiful and has surpassed my expectations. The table was expensive and the extra tax I had to pay as a result of Brexit was painful, but I do not regret my purchase. Thank you, Case Furniture.

Great service
We are really pleased with the garden furniture we bought. The guys who delivered it were excellent and when we got in touch with the customer service team they were quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely purchase items from this company again.
