Absolutely beautiful dining chairs which Case customised for us as we provided the fabric instead of using their custom fabric choices. Superb customer service!

Great service & product
- Communication was great from order and update emails were the right amount between absent & overbearing. Delivery was hassle free, and assembly was straight forward. A little pricey for a veneered table top however quality of finish is excellent.

The side tables we bought were perfect and the most perfectly packaged too. Throughout the process, there were no hitches, just great service.

I ordered a beautiful 675 chair through Case, and the process was great from start to finish. The chair ended up being ready for dispatch immediately after ordering, and the team at Case were very helpful in delaying dispatch until after I moved to deliver my piece. It arrived in perfect condition thanks to excellent packing. I highly recommend ordering from Case and will do so again myself in the future.

Having visited Case Furniture website, we visited their showroom- office to see the piece of furniture we wanted. We were received by a very friendly and well informed retail and trade manager.
Following the purchase, the delivery and assembly, all went smoothly and in the agreed time.

Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative staff! I was moving house around the time of my order, and Anna/Martha went above and beyond to schedule (and-reschedule when dates changed!) my delivery. The desk I ordered is beautiful and well-made -- looks great in the office. Would highly recommend.

What a great experience from start to finish. We love our new sideboard from CASE.

After searching on lots of websites, I contacted Case by telephone to inquire about their counter stools. Martha was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered 3 Profile counter stools (in oak and cream), and was delighted when Martha contacted me to say that delivery would be much quicker than originally expected. The stools arrived well packaged, and I am very happy with the style and quality. They are very well made, and although they were more expensive than other stools I had looked at, they are quality pieces of furniture.
Customer service was excellent, Martha kept me informed of delivery etc.
The only slight issue was that the delivery driver refused to take the pallet (that the stools were delivered on) away as we had been told he would. But that isn’t Case Furniture’s fault, and Martha did try to sort that slight issue.
