Bought couple of case from them however I tried to go on the website today and it can't load on my phone or computer what going on my connection is fine aswell

I purchased a custom case for my Sony and the was excited to have the level of customization. The didn't last for 6 months and didn't even try to resolve the problem. I could have spend money on somewhere else . Like can they make a product that guarantee like optimal quality for the price .

Love my new phone case, arrived only 5 days after I ordered it and I had tracking info once it was dispatched.

[REVISED REVIEW] The original case didn't fit well but the second case that was sent out fits perfectly. I did prefer the hardcase be the flexible case has a better fit overall. Bottom line is that the case looks really good on the phone.

Shipped to my door in 23 days or 17 business days. Case fit well, it looks great. The package came with everything I'd need to clean and apply the screen protector.

i ordered an iphone Xr case last year and it didn’t come. i didn’t get an email, or shipping information. i tried emailing but i didn’t get an awnser. don’t waste your time and money on this. i’m not happy with this.

Their money back guarantee is trash. Customer service responded but did not make and attempt to resolve the problem. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They do not care about their customers at all.

I’ve been waiting 19 days since purchase and sent 5 emails asking for a update and I’ve never heard anything back about my order. Starting to feel like a scam

I have sent three emails to this company this past week with NO RESPONSE, I paid over $60 for a case and it still says processing and all I’m doing is asking for an update on when it’ll get here, I ordered May 24, 2022. Nothing in my junk mail, this is super frustrating.

Very bad seller I can't find my order, they said I didn't order anything.. and they keep sending me the tracking # whe I need the order #.. and asking me to track the package ! I have never done tracking.. and I don't like it ! I have been asking them for the order # and they keep sending the Tracking number

Ordered a case and the case was lost eventually found at the post office, but awesome customer service continously in contact with me through the whole process helping me track my cover, recieved a second cover.... Good product Even better customer service!!!!!!!!

I still haven’t received my case and I ordered 3 weeks ago HOPING I would get it on time for my bestfriends birthday which is coming up in a week. I still can’t track it and I payed extra for faster shipping. I’m tired of these weird sites, and is exactly why I don’t online shop cause of the delays. I am beyond disappointed and i Better get my case.

The case I ordered was better than I expected. There was a slight delay in shipping (post office delay) and their customer service responded to my request immediately and the item arrived shortly after. I have recommended this company to everyone I know. I will be a forever customer.

Case Formula is a great website it came on time and cane the way i wanted it it has great customer service and they really cared.

The customer service is awful, it took more than 3 months just to deliver it, and the case won't even protect my phone, it won't protect the top and bottom of my phone case. :( I also dislike how hard it is to put on the case.
