I had never used,or heard of Casedrops. Now I couldn't imagine ordering from anywhere else I always find an excellent wine. Sine I have quit smoking cigars I use that extra building a good cellar of excellent wines. It's fun to ask a member of my family or a good friend if they would like a 2022.Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon, or 2021 Dolum Cabernwt Sauvignon and then when they taste that I like the smiles and clinking there glasses

I mistakenly ordered wine and wanted to cancel it. I received assistance quickly from Joan Joh Professional and courteous communication. If the future I shall return when ready

The wines I have purchased have been a great value. There was a little confusion around securing the order once it was in basket. I thought it was on its way when it was sitting in limbo. Also, my other wine apps do not charge for shipping based upon certain quantity purchased.

The wine was decent but didn't score like they claimed. Vivino gave it 3.9 and showed similar higher rated wines cheaper. The scam came 4 days after I placed my order. They charged my card $99.99 without permission or even telling me about the charge. I contacted therm and they said it was a membership fee. I told them I have no desire to join their club and to please refund the charge. They said it was their policy to only offer store credit. What a scam. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge but had to cancel my debit card to file the claim. Really shitty way to do business. I don't reccomend casedrops.

I ordered six bottles of wine from Casedrop and was very disappointed to discover an additional $99.99 charge for what appears to be a membership or annual fee. I intended only to purchase wine. I did not knowingly agree to join a paid program, and I did not see a clear disclosure of this additional charge during checkout.

I found the enrollment process misleading. Membership fees should be clearly explained and require explicit customer approval. I have disputed the $99.99 charge with my credit card company and requested a refund. This experience has damaged my trust, and I will never purchase wine from Casedrop again.

We found the website to be very difficult to navigate. And the trail membership fee was charged out incorrectly. We reached out via email and no one responded back to us. The wine that we received had significant residue on the bottom of the bottle, very disappointing. Unfortunately no phone number so your at their mercy when it comes to settling an issue. Plus we found the wine for less money at 360 Wine in Naples Florida.

Edible, was awesome in handling my issues and had it accomplished in a short period of time. Very happy with Casedrops performance and quality

Always responsive to queries and with the right info. and, of course, the deals they offer are simply very very good compared to anywhere else.

Great prices, very speedy delivery. Good rotating selection of wines . From $600 to $10. A bit awkward because they "drop" one kind of wine a day. But you can always contact support and they will inform you of other available wines. And Joan Joh has been very helpful. Truly concierge service!

Casedrops lures you in with attractive offers and then, surreptitiously enrolls you in a $99.99 annual membership which you can allegedly cancel before a trial period. Unfortunately, the cancelation must be done through the app, which I did. They still charged my credit card $99.99 and refuse to issue a refund for the improper charge. They only offer a store credit. Deceitful and a scam!
