Dishonest about product and shipping times.

I ordered a new phone. I ordered a case from casebus the same day. It said 2/3 days for arrival in shipping. I got the the phone 11 days before the case arrived. False advertising. The case is not real leather as claimed. Zippers are cheap and hard to open and close. Very disappointed in this company. Its not honest about the product or the shipping time. I will never purchase a product from this company again.

Avoid doing business with this company.

The Casebus website looks good, but do not let that influence you.

Shipping label for iPhone 17 case I ordered on their website was created on December 3, 2025. Today is December 17, 2025 and case has not been delivered. USPS tracking website currently shows "Delivery Date Unknown."

Since it has yet to arrive, I cannot comment on the quality of the iPhone case, but delivery time is completely unacceptable.

Very difficult case to put on phone and you must pay to return it to China. I would never buy directly from Casebus again.

I ordered a case that was brighten colors and it had three pieces to put together one of the pieces had little tags that I had to slip my nail under to open, and my nails are so thick that they wouldn’t open. Then I couldn’t fit all the three pieces together because my hands are arthritic and it’s very difficult. When I said I wanted to return it they said I had to pay for it to go back to China. Don’t order directly from Casebus otherwise you will have to pay to ship it back to China or will probably cost more than the case. This was for the iPhone 17 Pro. Order from Amazon where you can return it. Too complicated of a case to put together.

Casebus sells cheap products at high prices by a slick website and false quality claims

I fell for the Casebus con because I didn't check independent reviews first, so if you read those on Trustpilot hopefully you won't.
This company sails very close to the wind, but have structured their pitch and approach carefully to avoid responsibility. Their cases are high-priced and shown in beautiful pics to be attractive, but they are cheap ones worth about 5-10 times less than they charge.
Order confirmations are very vague, they imply that delivery is from a UK (or US) business. In fact they use slow cheap delivery from China. Customer servcie sounds very professional, but their only aim is to evade responsibility for their deception or poor products.
AVOID CASEBUS AT ALL COST!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. Bought a case, within a month it was showing signs of deterioration - bit falling off the side. Contacted the company and got a replacement and just paid postage. Less than 2 months of (minimal) use and same thing with this case.

I bought the case then read the…

I bought the case then read the reviews! I’m however extremely pleased with it. The case fits iPhone 17 pro max perfectly the screen works fine typing and playing games. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the delivery time was twice as long as expected.

DO NOT BUY - Defective Products - Returns NOT Possible

The case for my Google Pixel 10 Pro did not fit - the camera cutout was not the right size so it kept popping off. I contacted their customer service and was given the option to exchange, which I declined because the product itself it manufactured incorrectly. To receive a refund I need to ship to some industrial zone in Shenzhen, which effectively makes returns impossible.

Terrible(!) support!

Terrible(!) support!! Refund was declined and communication was not very supportive.

The case itself did not work out at all. Buttons of the mobile phone cannot be used when being in the case.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Case and protector were absolute rubbish! Flimsy, cheaply made and would not protect anything if you dropped your phone.
Asked for my money back and was told I could swap it and pay an exchange fee. Told them I did not want this and wanted my money back. Was then told I could exchange for free. Told them I didn't want that!!
They told me I had to post it back to China at my expense!!!
In the end I had to get my credit card company involved to claim the money back.
Awful company. A complete scam.

This company are scammers

This company are scammers. Bought an IPad cover that doesn’t hold it in place and the phone cover I thought I had bought wasn’t what was delivered.
They pretend to have a website in Australia and the last email I got was asking me to send back the goods to China at my own expense.
They owe me $140 with no intention of refunding anything

Casebus n’est pas le problème

J’avais achete sur Casebus quand j’ai vu les commentaires iici. Çà m’a inquiétée. Mais je constate que le problème ne vient pas de Casebus, mais du transport extremement lent. Je viens de recevoir mon colis et je suis plus que ravie du contenu. Le produit est magnifique.
Par contre, le transporteur UNI UNI ce n’est pas fort, même avec Amazon ou autre. Il ne faut pas oublier que la livraison est gratuite. Alors soyons indulgents.
Alors merci Casebus pour ce produit.

Casebus is not the problem

I had bought on Casebus when I saw the comments here. It worried me. But I see that the problem does not come from Casebus, but from the extremely slow transport. I just received my package and I am more than delighted with the content. The product is beautiful.

On the other hand, the UNI UNI carrier is not strong, even with Amazon or other. Don't forget that delivery is free. So let's be indulgent.

So thank you Casebus for this product.

Case falls apart

After a few months, the plastic sides of the case started falling apart. Since it was longer than 60 days, Casebus would not accommodate me with a return. Just 10% off another purchase. Why would I want to spend the money on another one?

Casebus sells products that are not as described/horrible customer service

Casebus sells products under the description as waterproof until someone calls them out as not being waterproof. Then they state that the product you bought was water resistant and not waterproof. So I went to their website where it says it’s waterproof and took pictures of that as well as the box it came in stating it’s waterproof. I originally said they could just send me a different case that cost less and I wouldn’t request the difference be returned. They basically said no and wanted me to pay another $9.99 to do this. At this point I said the help with it, give me a full refund. Now they want me to spend more money to send the inferior case back. No thanks, I will dispute as a fraudulent/inferior purchase and get my money back while keeping the POS case as a doorstop. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. They sell products that aren’t what the description says they are. And their customer support sucks!!! Never buy from Casebus!!!
