We had a great time with friends and the team. The team was adorable. I'd like to thank the girls in the team (Nacima, Hanane, Karima and Lamia) and the manager, I will do it again.

Treated my daughter & myself to a spa package for 2, as a birthday treat. To begin with I called and the guy was so helpful (owners son I believe). He explained & answered all my questions, including a nice place to eat afterwards. The staff were so welcoming & when they realised it was my daughter’s birthday they sang Happy Birthday to her as walked down the stairs. The scrub was just wonderful my skin felt so clean & glowing & as for the massage it was just divine ( I had to wake my daughter up). We then relaxed for awhile drinking tea before we left. The staff were just amazing from start to finish. We will definitely visit again and I recommend anyone else to also you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for giving us a 1st class experience.

Me and my friends had an amazing day on the 1st of May at this Spa. The ladies were amazing and we all had a great scrub. Asmah gave me a very relaxing massage. She was so polite and friendly.

Love everything about this place. It restores and revives me and the scrub is incredible. I love how authentic it is!

Very disappointing experience, very little guidance when you walk in, had to look at others to find out where to get changed, the place was small and crowded, didn't even find where to sit in the steam room, people were very loud and nothing like what you see in the pictures, not relaxing at all and overpriced. The scrub was done in a rush to get to the next client, I was looking forward to my massage, didn't find it relaxing, the staff were arguing that they didn't have lunch.....anyway never going back there ever.

The ladies were so polite and welcoming. 3 of us went for the first time and we really enjoyed the experience. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated and were overall really happy with the experience. We had such a good laugh. We would love to go again.
One thing that could be improved is to have slip mats on the floor in the steam room as it was slippy when having the black soap applied. However, we thought it was hilarious when my sister was sliding everywhere. Thank you to all the ladies, we had a lovely time.

Awful awful these pictures on the website do not represent what you actually see. This is not a spa the place is dirty and unkept and needs a total make over. It’s dark and dingy and has no appeal. Owner only interested in collecting money. The hamman experience is basic and the worst we have ever received. Changing rooms were full of cobwebs, lockers dirty, wires visible everywhere, I had to take the owner around to show him around, he didn’t care and admitted that only an hour earlier another group of ladies had made the same compliant.
Avoid until the owner gives this place an overall refurb
Positive the two ladies who did the scrub were nice but lacked any motivation, one of the ladies left in the middle of the scrub to take a phone call. Totally unprofessional
Pleased to say we got our money back. Keep your £45 in your pocket

Our Turkish bath experience was the highlight of our trip to London!

The exfoliation left our skin feeling years younger and the deep tissue massage put us into the twilight zone.

Not a great experience and I won’t be going back again. There are a couple of reasons. Being keen to try this place out I contacted the spa by phone, email and text to book an appointment. However after one week I did not receive a reply. I got through after continuous trying. After I arrived, a lady introduced herself to me as my therapist for the morning. She directed me to get changed and explained what to do. After I came out there was another lady who spoke very little English and I was told the other lady had another customer now and Immediately I was put off. She didn’t explain anything to me about the treatments and just pointed to the shower. I didn’t know if she wanted me to have a shower or what so I stood under it for a few seconds and then was ushered out and into the steam room which was not hot, it was mildly warm. She then came back to apply the black soap and left. After a few minutes another lady came in and washed the soap off. It should have been left on longer I thought.

Anyway, during my 1.5 hour stay there I was moved twice to different steam rooms. I did not find the place clean or hygienic. There were men being brought into the spa when the website clearly states women only from 11-3pm and the worst part of it still is this. I got bitten by bedbugs while I was in the ‘relaxation area’. The place was dark because it was unclean and I didn’t know what I was being asked to lie on or how many people had laid there before me and whether any of the cushions or bed spreads were washed. They didn’t seem clean or hygienic. Two days later and I have itchy ankles and feet with red bite marks. I would literally never go back again. It’s really not upto my standard of cleanliness. Communication is a problem here and so is the hygiene. Now I’m going off to find calamine lotion.

I took my Mum for her 70th birthday and we had an amazing time. It was a little hard to find but when we phoned to explain we were running late due to tube problems and not being able to find the spa they were very helpful.
Even after arriving nearly half hour late we were still given the full treatment and had a cup of Moroccan tea before we were taken downstairs.
The changing rooms are a bit basic but the spa is lovely. The lady made us feel at ease and the Hammam experience was explained as we were thoroughly relaxed when we left.
We didn't feel rushed to leave after our treatment, my Mum had a nap in the relaxation room and we were offered tea and water the whole way through.
We enjoyed it so much we are going back for the winter warmer package.

Very rude receptionist, women at reception just shouted over the phone to me and did not listen. Not pleased at all, I made a payment through Paypal for my sister to enjoy the experience at the Arabian Hammam but she was not allowed in. Although the booking was under my sister's name she was asked to get in touch with the card holder who made the payment (me) to send an email which I did which was not acknowledged. She was then told that a refund will be issued but after I just called the reception lady refused to give me a refund and was very aggressive over the phone. By far the worst experience, worst customer service and the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. She would not give me her name over the phone and when I called back she hung up.

I strongly feel the women I spoke to should be sacked immediately, don't even know how she is still working there. I escalated this with PayPal who are working on getting me a refund. I don't how they can treat human beings this way.

Would not recommend, absolutely appalling.

I hope the calls are monitored and recorded because she was absolutely unprofessional and I will take further actions.

Everything was perfect, the welcome, the staff, care, places. It was my first experience in a spa but definitely not the last.

I've been twice to Casa Spa in London and both times have been wonderful. The place is warm and welcoming and the staff really pull out the stops for you. A little quirky and hidden away, this Moroccan Hammam spa is a gem of a place!
