Casa Phil is a beautiful property with an amazing view. The home comes equip with all the amenities of being at home. The service and cleanliness at Casa Phil was beyond expectation. The view from the pool deck to the ocean is amazing and the sound of the waves is so relaxing. Las Terrenas is very close by if you want to go to town for dinner, drinks or shopping. Also a short drive away are many fun things to do such as Los Haitesis, zip lining, and El Limon waterfall. We had a wonderful time at this magnificent home and will be returning!

I booked this place for 8 people and paid in full (2.5 months before our scheduled stay). Today, I received an email from Phillippe (the owner) that stated he decided to cancel our reservation in favor of having a reality show use his house until October. This is, of course, 2 weeks before we are supposed to fly 8 people to DR and I have full confirmation of all monies being paid. I had to call Phillippe to get a response, of which was the same - basically, he was sorry, but he is greedy and wants to get more money, regardless of his contractual commitment to us..... Now scrambling to try to find a place, so $12,000 worth of airline tickets don't go to waste. DON"T STAY HERE. PHILLIPPE IS DISHONEST AND GREEDY AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT.
