Lack of care given

Bought an item on sale, then cancels your order 6 days later “due to no stock” while website still has items available for full price. Ask to swap to a different one (still in stock just a different colour, and told they’ve completely sold out. While still available on their site. Really screwed me over for a Christmas present I needed. Must have a sister site “the lighting company” because the exact same happened on there too.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to post a review, and I am so sorry that we were not able to fulfill your order things do go out of stock at this time of year and we cannot get more stock of items once they are discontinued so there is no way to get one once the manufacturer has sold out, as far as the lighting company is concerned we don't own that store so we cannot make any comment on them .
