We stayed for 6 nights and it was fantastic. The place is perfect for remote working, with an upstairs office equipped with screens and cables to connect a laptop. The bedrooms and living area are nice and cosy, and all brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped and with basics for cooking like salt, coffee and sugar, oil etc. And an amazing veg basket!! We enjoyed the hikes nearby and with a car it's a great base for Serra da Estrela and also Piodao. We loved it and will definitely be back. Communication with the host was very fast and helpful.

I spent 2 working days + the weekend at Casa do Beco and it was simply wonderful. Together with my colleagues, we were really able to focus on the work we had to do and the goals we had to accomplish for those 2 days, while being able to enjoy the amazing views that Casa do Beco has over the Serra da Estrela.
The house had all the conditions to accommodate our team (4 persons) for these days. We also had at our disposal external monitors that we used to connect our computers, which was really productive. At night we were also able to walk over the small town - Lapa dos Dinheiros - and enjoy some drinks at the local Praia Fluvial, in a very nice bar.
The rooms were very nice and the house also contains everything needed to prepare meals, if needed. Seia is just around 10 minutes away by car, and we got to go there to have some dinner as well.
For the weekend, we chose to do some team building activities and hike some of the beautiful trails of the Serra da Estrela. We also did some Karting in Seias local Kartodromo.
In the end we also tried amazing cheese from Seia and bought a lot of tasty food to bring home.
Our team really enjoyed everything and we plan to come back soon.
