Very lovely, true to picture design
Very thin - like a summer weight shawl
- not really a blanket
Very delicate weave that can easily pull threads

Not transparent about return policy until you actually want to return something.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL about really wanting what you buy. Wish I'd known.....
Casa and Beyond RETURN policy, and I quote:
"Returning an item to us involves international shipping to our warehouse in China, which would be at your own cost and typically runs between $50 and $80 depending on the weight. The parcel then needs to clear Chinese customs on arrival, which can add further delays. Once it reaches our warehouse, it goes through a 10-day verification process to confirm the condition of the item. From the day you dispatch the parcel, the full process can take between 60 to 70 days before it is fully resolved."

I love my blankets! I bought three thinking I’d select and choose just one, but my husband and I fell in love with them and kept all three. They are sooooo soft, comfy and the perfect weight. They are gorgeous. The details and quality top notch.

It was easy to place the order online, it was shipped promptly, arrived in a timely manner and the item I purchased is high quality material.

Very happy with my two couch covers.... exactly as promoted and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I wouldn't bother buying anything from this company. The pictures of what you see on the website are not what turns up. Cheaper and badly made products. When complaining the customer service are useless and won't accept a return or refund. Everything comes from China.

The bedspread are great quality.
Look exactly like the pictures.

i purchased 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths . quality was poor not very absorbent/thin and came from China not australia. took a long time to arrive communication was very good though .. loved the orange colour but the quality was not what i expected for the price i paid …NB casa customer service have been in touch and they are giving me a 50% refund which is great service.

I was sceptical about this throw as it took a while to arrive and I thought I’d (yet again!) bought a dud from a random Instagram post seen late at night. I even complained to the company, whose operative very politely and patiently asked me to wait and see if it arrived and THEN complain, if necessary. It arrived, and is absolutely beautiful. It is green one side and a sort of peach/pink the other and both are just gorgeous and really ‘lift’ the room (our bedroom). Well worth the wait.

Product arrived in timely manner. It was also as described on line. My cat seems to find the lounge cover very snuggly.

The product received was exactly as advertised. No disappointment at all. I bought one for each of my bedrooms and they look beautiful

I have ordered two of these blankets now and while they are pricy they are worth it especially when they’re on sale. Amazing quality! My only hesitation for full price is that I have pets and they just had random diarrhea on another blanket and I had to throw it away, so I try not to invest too much on potential cat shart victims. Lovely blankets though.

I thought i was buying from an Australian site until i wasn't happy with my purchase and was told i would have to return it to china and pay the costs. The quality of the product was poor and not as advertised. It cost $95 for 4 curtain tiebacks, the same ones were $5 a pair on Temu! I agreed to a 50% refund and no return. Avoid!!!

Ordering was easy but tracking was hard. I contacted company and then within a day or two I had my item.

Slow in delivery, poor communication, and low quality. Facebook purchase scam.

Low quality product, not scadinavian as marketed. Poor customer service, especially if you want to return for credit. they do advertise 30 day returns, but untrue. You have to make a case for return and if item is not faulty, it is on you to ship back ....to china! or you are offered 15% credit back ....just unbelievably bad. Item is definitely chinese product, marketed as high quality...at best a discount store product. over priced! Beware and I recommend you just go to a quality store for whst this place charges
