Absolutely appalling service. They advertise a car available for 1 month rental, then tell you it is only available for 6 months. They don't tell you that you need to pay a massive deposit just to rent a car and they try to lock you into a longer contract. They literally had no cars available for 1 month rental despite advertising them on their website. Trying to rent a car from this company is a complete waste of your time. My advice is to find other providers!

This company app is very easy to follow. Of cos the human touch from Jeslyn is most important. She provides me all the informationthat i needed and patiently answer my questions, really appreciated. Almost every details is indicated there, unless u don't want to pay by credit card then there is alternative way to pay. Thanks Carzuno

Had a car on 6 month subscription whilst posted in Singapore for business. Very easy process and great service from the team!!

Rented a 5 year old car from them with already blemishes on it. When car is returned every single dent, spot and curb scratches were quoted to be damages to be claimed! Very unhappy with the experience overall!

Prompt replies and great customer service. Jeslyn helped by answering all my queries patiently. Provided me a replacement car when my car wasn't ready and it which was just as good as the car i leased. Checked on me when I have received the car and whether it was satisfactory.

1. Did not warn us about the damages before returning the car.
2. Force us to only use one authorize dealer to repair.
3. Automatically charging to credit card without informing us.
4. Customer service will just quote all the T&Cs in your face.

Using Carzuno was so easy. Communicating via whatsapp made it so convenient. The service was professional and courteous throughout. We had a long term hire and felt that we could call them anytime if we needed to. Muna (our agent with them) was a delight to deal with and so helpful. The car was clean and in excellent condition. We had it delivered and collected from our home, it was all so easy and painless. I totally recommend Carzuno!

Wow... I am impressed with the level service and the seamless transaction with Carzuno. One month's equivalent advance lease payment is all it took to have a new car rolled out including a shell petrol card with value that comes with it. It took about 3 weeks for the new car to arrive to me at my residence

I bump onto Carzuno by chance when I was looking for rental over a year. The first step is simple. Thereafter is a breeze in the park. I enjoyed and still enjoying the service provided by Carzuno.

Jeslyn was really helpful and patient running through with me all the ins and outs of Carzuno and car leasing to a completely new person. While i did not get anything in the end, I would go back to Carzuno if i were to decide on leasing

I was allowed to use a car from Carzuno just for a short-term rental (1 week), and they saved me! (Because I forgot my credit card in my home country - but knew the numbers to use it online - and other companies all seem to not give you a car without having a credit card here).
The car (Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo) was quite big and wonderful to drive for long distances, everything worked very well, and Carzuno also delivers you the car to your hotel by their own drivers and picks it up from there.
Also excellent and very patient care in English language both via chat (on LINE) and on the phone whenever I had a question!

We just relocated to Thailand and needed a car for 1 year. It was easy to rent a car with Carzuno. Staff was really helpful. They always follow up and keep in touch. Amazing service!
