Driver never rang doorbell
Driver never rang doorbell. Only called but we were home and in a meeting online. Did not recognize number and there was nothing in writing saying to expect just a phone call. Tried to reschedule for same day as my daughter flew in from Chicago to sign the title that day. She had to extend trip because nobody bothered to reschedule so I did online for next afternoon. Driver shows up and his scan tool would not connect to car. Only after a lengthy conversation did he try again and it worked
This was a terrible experience and it cost me $300 to extend my daughter’s trip to accommodate Carvana. Will never recommend you….

Garbage company selling Garbage car. Rescheduled our delivery 2 times. When we got the car the whole underneath was rusted. Needed about 5000 in work done. Its a scam company run by a felony.

Sold my 2022 Hyundai Kona - Super easy and fast!
Kayla, the Carvana representative was very thorough. She communicated well both via phone and in person. She made the pick up and sale of my vehicle a “piece of cake“. I was handed a check for the exact agreed upon amount. All told, the entire process took about 15 minutes.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I originally bought a 2021 Range Rover Evoque HSE that was delivered on 5/6.
Online it looked like a beautiful vehicle, a COUPLE scratches on the paint – nothing major.
HOWEVER, when it arrived it was in HORRIBLE CONDITION!!!
The scratches were EVERYWHERE; the paint was chipped EVERYWHERE, there was large white paint transfers on the doors but that wasn’t even the worst of it.
So, I contacted Carvana and was told that SilverRock their warranty company would handle the repairs.
I bought it from Carvana – I should not have to jump through hoops to deal with their warranty company on damage that they never bothered to list on the sale.
Carvana should have had to deal with this – in the end I had to take 2 days off work and drive that POS car to my mechanic so they could inspect it only to tell me:
The rotors were totally shot as were the brakes and all 4 tires were bald!
The undercarriage & rear wheel well was being held together with DUCT TAPE!! Yes, I said DUCT TAPE!!
I was afraid to even drive the thing!
Most ridiculous part of all of this is that on the windshield was an inspection sticker by the state of NY DOT dated 3 days before I got the car!!
The Carvana Advocate was of no assistance – they told me I had to work with SilverRock if I wanted anything fixed.
I thought she was joking – the car wasn’t fit to drive, and they thought I should have to deal with their warranty team??
Nope she was serious & she said that they considered the DUCT TAPE cosmetic so it would not be approved anyways!!
Then I questioned the “150-point inspection” that they claim is amazing – FALSE – whoever inspected this vehicle should be fired.
Considering I literally just got the car and everything about it was false – I told them I didn’t want it – the car was not fit to sell.
Sooo – I bought a 2023 Jaguar F-Pace – listing had 1 scratch on hood and slightly faded leather on driver’s seat.
Car arrived – SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE – gouges, pock marks, paint transfer, brakes are junk, front calipers junk, crack in windshield.
It had no detailing done at all oh and was missing floor mats – interior and engine compartment were FILTHY literal MUD on the back of the seats!
Called Carvana Advocate and got the exact same run around – you need to deal with our warranty company.
Took the car to my mechanic and there it sits waiting for 8 days for SilverRock to review and approve the repairs that were not mentioned in the listing.
So here I am 3+ weeks later and STILL NO CAR TO DRIVE!!!
Yeah – I am done with Carvana – it was a great idea that they failed to follow through because they decided that putting the burden on the buyers (customers) instead of handling the internal issues with their so called inspection departments was the right way to go.
I will never purchase another car from Carvana and will be posting about this issue on any available site.
Carvana should have and could have done better but they chose not to and for that they don’t deserve mine or anybody else business.
Carvana is no different than the old days of the “Used Car Salesman” and everything that drags along with that title!

BEWARE! Cars mileage do not match what they say online!
BEWARE!! I bought a car off carvana and it arrived with double the miles on the car than what was supposed to be on it from my online purchase contract. When I called to get issue rectified they gave me the run around over and over and verbal apologized from 5 different people. They scheduled appointments to come to a mutual agreement and they never called during scheduled hours. I had to continuously call over and over and no one was "The person" who could do anything on my behalf to satisfy me. I asked to even push back my first payment 2 weeks or something if I couldn't be financially compensated or money taken off my purchase. I was continuously denied anyone could do anything. The lack of communication was unacceptable on their behalf. In the end they on their own decided they were gonna give me a $100 check and that's all they would do and that it was my problem to just accept. BEWARE PURCHASING FROM THEM ONLINE. They forced me to sign an updated contract saying I am messing up the process for them setting up my registration when I refused to sign so they could cover theirselves for false advertising false mileage on my purchase. They used "mafia style tactics" pushing me aggressively to sign another contract which wasn't what I initially signed online.

Carvana’s returned check!
A total frustration! Carvana got my car but I got nothing in return except a returned check. My bank told me it may be returned so no deposit for me for the next 10 days. I will leave the country but I can’t have my money that is urgent for me especially now! Carvana blamed me for depositing the check online though they had not given me any notice about that before. What was I supposed to do without a car? To go to the bank on foot for 1 hour? Also, Carvana blames the bank policies and wasting my time by referring me to some different guys who have not done anything but repeating the same rhetoric. I have been waiting for 5 days and still no satisfying feedback They were a total nightmare!

I previous tried to buy a car from carvana when the car was delivered it had all types of issues and carvana didn’t want to pay for the repairs so I decided to switch to another vehicle. The delivery date came for the new vehicle and the delivery was never made I had to call them numerous times before I was informed the next day it had to be rescheduled. So the reschedule date comes and it was delayed again, then again until I said just refund me back my money. Now a couple months go by I decide to try again my delivery date was for today and guess what I was informed at the last moment it had to be rescheduled again, this company is becoming very unprofessional and I’m totally not satisfied with their service.
