Hear from Cartpanda and they said they were in charge of refunds. They told me my tracking number was not working. I checked it again and I was one number off. I sent with different number and things cleared up. I had been trying for 2 months. They immediately figured it out and all was fixed. They should handle from the beginning. It would have been much better.

I tried a supplement and they just did not do anything for me, So I sent them back. But within the first 48 hours I had my refund. The team I dealt with were great and my refund was in place within the first 2 days. I thank them so much for being so professional and prompt.

I tried to email snd called the numbers on the container of the product. To no success so i got some info from Paypal that i used to pay them. The next day i emailed Cartpanda, Bofi emailed me back and process i should do. I follow it and the next day he got back to me and assured me of my refund. I should put 5 but the money is not yet in my account. Dealing with them is nice and Bofi see to it that i understand everything. Hopefully the refund is there already soonest.

First of all, I'm not one to write reviews. I purchased Neurodyne, a product advertised to treat dementia. After doing much research I discovered that their claims were unsubstantiated and untrue. In addition, they added a second order to the original which they charged to my PayPal account with out my approval. When I looked up what people had to say about trying to return the product the negative experiences caused me to beleive that I had little chance of recovering the nearly $700.00 charged to PayPal.
However, I contacted Cartpanda, who responded immediately with instructions to return the product and email them copies of the shipping documents, which I did. Again ,almost immediately, I received notice that the order had been successfully cancelled and the the full amount would be refunded to my PayPal account within 7 days. I just checked and the full amount has been deposited in back to me.
My experience with Cartpanda far exceeded my expectaions. I could not be happier.

The first person I talked to was rude and hung up on me. I didn't get his name. Then the next time I called I still didn't get a name but he listened and and after I talked to him. Bofi contacted me and he was awesome. He took care of me and I am very happy he did . Otherwise I would be very sad.

My rating is solely based on the help that Bofi gave me. He heard my concerns, and took action within 24 hours to meet my needs. If it had not been for Bofi I would've given a rating of less than zero if I could. Before reaching out to him (which took a lot of research to find a customer service link) I had gotten nothing but fraudulent charges, the runaround, unanswered calls, unanswered, emails and false promises of a refund. Bofi was efficient and completed the promise made to me months ago. Thank you Bofi.

I purchased the product in Jan. After I saw a video from Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil McGraw. Halle berry and other celebrities endorsed the product. They have a 60 day refund policy. After 30 days to try the product I found it didn’t have any effect on me. On March 5th I requested a refund. On March 6th they offered me a discount. I said no thank you. On March 9th I asked if I need to do anything else. March 10th I said I haven’t heard anything back. Are you going to honor your refund policy. March 12th again asked can I get this resolved. I returned it ( at my expense), I tracked the package and it arrived at their facility on 3/19. Was told it should take 7 business days for the refund. As they inspected it and I waited and then they said I had write to their bank some info. I did as they requested. Then they said another 7-10 business days. I received an email from Cartapanda and I replied, sent them 2 emails which weren’t answered. I finally called the credit card company so they could reverse my he charges. Oh yeah they also wanted a 20% processing fee. I wouldn’t do business with them again. It’s April 17th and still waiting for the credit card company to reverse it. As for Cartapanda haven’t heard anything about the refund.
I would like to thank the staff for taking care of my concerns on this matter and sending my partial refund.
What I disliked about the order is the cost of over $500.00 for a product that has not shown me the results, I was hoping for. As a person on a fixed income that was way to much money. I still have not seen the results that were advertised on the prosta defender product. I will take the rest of the product, and maybe I'll keep an open mind and maybe it will show results later down the line.
But after that I will never order this product again.

Responses to my emails from Bofi at Cartpanda customer support were very quick and extremely professional. The process of my request for a refund, having concerns the seller was now operating under a different name, took only 4 days. I provided evidence and Cartpanda took full responsibility and did exactly what they said they would do and they ensured a proper resolution.
