The artwork is insane but when I first got a draft, I sens a request to get a revision and did not get an awnser for more than a week. I sent multiple messages and did not get a feedback from the website. I had to contact by mail cartoonely to finally get a follow up and it still took a few days. In all, the artwork is really good but it was a stressful Time.
The designers were very easy to work with. They were great with communication and I got exactly what I wanted.
Absolutely, utterly, NOT worth the money paid. I paid $227 for a cheaply framed “portrait” of six people, it is 8”x12”. The initial advertisement of the product is misleading; people are lead to believe that they are getting a large item, of actual “family portrait” size.
You have to be VERY detailed in your description of every person and item that you want or you’re charged $38 to change something simple, like an outfit.
This was an absolute waste of money and I was so excited to receive it. I completely regret this purchase.
