This company is out to take your money. I ordered a double necklace as shown on their site and they sent me a single necklace. They also charged me twice and said sorry no refunds. This is a horrible company. Please don’t fall into the trap.

I rate my review as negative as it could possibly be rated. I placed an order on October 14th/15th for 4 items, plus the stupid $4.99 shipping protection fee. Someone named SOPHIE from their customer support team emailed me advising that my watch was no longer available and asked if I would consider a replacement. I replied in an email explaining that I would consider the replacement if they could expedite the shipping for my items. The next email SOPHIE sent me seemed to be an incompetent, apologetic email explaining instances like unforeseen delays, but they assured me that my order was being processed and taken care of. I’m certain I sent them at least four to six emails regarding my order. Fast-forward one month later to November 14th and they still hadn’t sent me any confirmation of my items being shipped. I even received an email from their customer support agent Mary asking me if I wanted to proceed with the replacement watch. I emailed them again and got another lame and not so reassuring apologetic email. The straw that broke the camels back is when I noticed they charged my credit card $49.99, which was unauthorized. I’m glad I chose to use a credit card with fraud protection as opposed to a debit card that doesn’t have the same security. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE CONSUMERS TO AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, REGARDLESS OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT HAVE BEEN WRITTEN. THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND NOW I’M VERY AWARE!! STAY AWARE CONSUMERS!! THESE SCAMMERS DON’T CARE ABOUT STEALING YOUR MONEY AT ALL!!

Bought a few items in a deal they had for free bacelt snd some watches. Everything was terrible quality even for being knockoff. At least other knockoff brands have products that dont feel like toys. Just like many others have mentioned Cartice randomly charged my credit card more than once at least 3 to 4 times after the purchase for like 20 up to 40 bucks. Almost seems like I somehow singed up for a subscription when buying the product but got nothing in return. Basically thwy just take your money its a total scam honestly had to get a new debit card and initiate a charge back.

Spent over 300 dollars on 2 different orders and 30 on a watch resizer got those 3 and then spent over 2000 and can not get a response from them tracking has said for over 20 days now shipping info received sent multiple messages and no cleer answer will never do business with then ever agen and would love to join a law suite contact info if anyone does

Not what was promised

They took over a month to get my items delivered to me at my address, and they are now are stealing $50 monthly basically unauthorized payments for something that we never signed up for!

I've ordered twice. Received my items. But then a fraudulent charge for for a membership I never signed up for, for $49.99. They're saying they will refund me half??? NO, I didn't sign up for that!!! I need my refund ASAP. And I see now that this is an ongoing issue in the reviews, so we should all start a class action suit against this company.

I'm writing this review and reporting you to the fraud unit at my bank for extra charges on my credit card 3 additon charges to my card.Also I'm reporting this company to BBB to have youon there scam list this is not fake

Bought jewelry from them twice. It signed me up for a membership without my knowledge and I’ve tried to cancel it multiple times each time I’m ignored while I’m still charged 50 dollars each month. This company is a scam, never do business with them.

Terrible experience, bought one item, then had them charge my CC for multiple other purchases, when reaching out to them they said they refunded me, but did refund me the amount I was charged. These guys are looking for a lawsuit and fraud charges.

I had ordered a chronos iced out watch for my cancer patient brother for his birthday which was Nov 18th the watch due date were Nov 12-18 and it’s now the 22nd and no update of the package moving my order number is 988163470123 and yeah this sucks man I’m a content creator with 304k followers on TikTok and 78k on Instagram and will give a bad review on both socials.

I ordered a watch that came with a free bracelet and necklace on October 25th. I received my order on November 3rd. The watch was low poor quality very light and cheaply made. My BF still loved it. My order was $63 and some change. I paid for my order it got shipped and I thought that it was a done deal. Now its November 21st at 4:27am and I get a fraud text from my bank saying TRY.CARTICENYC is trying to take $49.99 out of my account. Why? Why are you guys trying to take more money from me? I didn't sign up for anything I didn't buy anything else so why? Funny thing is I didn't read reviews before I purchased because my BF wanted it so bad I figured he did research well I guess not. I read reviews after I got the watch and what do I see? 1000 reviews of people gettong money stolen after ordering from you. This is FRAUD SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Extremely cheap merchandise, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY WILL NOT PROCESS A REFUND AND ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AGAIN.

Cheap merchandise and they continue to try to charge my credit card for random charges every week or so- I made 1 purchase months ago and have had multiple instances of fraudulent charges being charges to my card. Most recently last night!! Unable to contact a person so can’t resolve with company. Have notified cc company.
