Full scam guys please do not buy from this place what a crazy website they have created like it is so freaking confusing i paid for 49.99 usd from Australia which was around 76$ aud and then it took me to the most confusing place where there wasn’t a option to click on no and then even i clicked on the no i don’t want it side it would click into yes i want side and again my 298$ was cut i have emailed them and told them about this confusion no reply yet

Extra charges after purchase

Wasn’t fast shipping but when the item came it was good however a few weeks later it getting a random charge of 49.00 when I haven’t signed up for nothing nor have I even been on the site since the first purchase

Never again Cartice!!!

I received my package on 1/1/2026. When I opened the package, the items that I ordered were not in the boxes. Boxes were empty. I’m very upset right now because I’ve worked too hard to try to make this the best Christmas ever for my family and it really pisses me off to have someone steal from me. I also paid for replacement protection fee…. I’ve been emailing customer support and it seems like the messages that I’ve received back from y’all is so robotic… Y’all are sending the same response time and time again. Yesterday, I received an email from Cartice customer support letting me know that I would receive a full refund within 24 hours, A few hours after receiving the email, my bank app stated that the pending refund from Cartice was cancelled. I want my money back and I want it back now!! Keep the damn jewelry!!!

We need to shut down cartice

Aye yall, they're stealing our money out our bank accounts, that's a federal crime, we need to stand up together and get them shut down, these people are bogus. It's one thing selling bullshit ass product, for way to much, false advertising, but then they top that by stealing all our money. I read all talk reactions, and i knew i wasn't the only one they did that fugazi stuff to. We need to sue them.. I'm so mad about this, I wish I knew who ran this fake ass company, and where to meet him. I'm putting a post on fb and Instagram and TikTok, my name Steven khail aka lucci, and I want yall to stand with me.. I'll make it tomorrow.. they need to be stopped..

These bastards charged me another 49…

These bastards charged me another 49 bucks 5 days after i just spent on their so called New years deal. Customer Service is trash they take fvcking forever to respond i emailed em before they ship my package to let em know i put the wrong address they shipped it regardless and then contacted me 2 days after they shipped it. Dont even have legit customer service number. they will keep your card info to take money out of it. i want my jewlery but i also want all my money back this was bull.

Unauthorised payments taken

The watch and jewelry is really nice and looks good. Unfortunatly they sign you up to a monthly subscription without you knowing ($49.99 per month). I cancelled the subscription straight away but they have taken a payment of £90.91 even though i have not ordered anything. I have contacted them but had no reply. I will have to raise a dispute with visa and cancel my card to stop them taking any more.

Still haven’t received my order

I placed an order on December 23rd, paid for priority express shipping and the shipping protection. When I still hadn’t received the order by New Years, I emailed the company. The website says they respond within 24 hours. It took them 3 days to respond. When they did, the said my order showed as delivered. I went onto THEIR WEBSITE, checked my order number, and it said it hadn’t even shipped yet. Same thing when I checked USPS - a packing label had been created, but USPS was still awaiting the package. I’ve emailed them 3 more times in the last week, but have yet to hear a peep outta them.
On top of this, the website claims the jewelry is made in Italy, but the tracking info says the package is coming from China. I call BS.
UPDATE: per Cartice’s response to my review, I’ve tried to email them, AGAIN. I still have not received my package, and this is the same email address I’ve been attempting to contact them at for over a week now. We’ll see if anything changes.

My wife purchased two watches and it was supposed to come with a bracelet and chain. I got two watches there wasn’t even men’s watch. They were women watches and they are not what I expected. I tried to do a refund. They wouldn’t even give you a refund for dear mistake carti.com is a fake bogus and fraudulent business.

I have a watch that needs to be replaced or to be fixed because the clasp won't clamp.And every time I wear the watch it falls, and then you say they can't do anything about it

We wary of what you order

I want to start this review off positive. The quality of the items I did receive were gorgeous. That's the only reason I bumped it up to two stars. However, when I ordered my items on Dec 3rd, I fully expected the promotional items featured alongside my order to arrive as well. From my end it appears as such. However, when I received my items on December 17, I was missing the promotional items and I IMMEDIATELY reached out to support. And after more than 15 emails of back and forth I am just going to have to cut my losses because they are not helpful, and refused to acknowledge my proof. Furthermore, they tried to charge me and additional 49.99 yesterday Dec 31, for what I don't know. So not only did I not get all I thought I was supposed to, they even tried to over charge me.
