I have no idea why but I’m being billed £10 so $13 dollars weekly by this company via my Apple App Store
I have just raised this but if someone from the company can help it would be appreciated and given your good reviews here for customer service I would expect the same ….. I rented a ford mustang when in vacation in New Orleans and had down issues connecting I line and may have signed up by mistake but not for a weekly subscription visiting so far not much less then my 1 week rental

My ability to manage my Turo fleet would not be the same without CatSync. Honestly, I wouldn't be in doing Turo without it.

The level of customer service I can offer though automated welcome messages, and little check ins with guests change the game for me.

I have never had a problem in 8 months of using CarSync.

Recently, R&D developers from Uber consulted me about the Turo business as a host, and when showed them CarSynce, it blew their minds. They had no idea so much integration and automation was possible with the Turo platform.

I recommend CarSynce to everyone that expresses interest in starting a Turo fleet.

Outstanding product that I recommend to everyone that is in the car rental business! Makes tracking income and reimbursement extremely easy. Does an outstanding job track and submitting invoices for toll reimbursement as well. Customer service second to none!

Excellent site! Helps me manage all my messaging and cars all in one place, I can track my cars, see metrics and get everything I need to do done without having to jump around to different sites. Amazing service that works really well with Turo

I couldn’t be more happy with carsync. After Turo launched their own automation service, I tried it out, and just didn’t love the options. It was so basic and didn’t work sometimes. So I quickly re-enabled my carsync templates and we’re back to smooth running. I love all the data and how easy it makes my job. Thank you so much for this service

Amazing experience as of 07/07/2022. It literally has every feature the Turo app lacks. I have some experience as a software programmer and I can tell you the work is top notch - specially for a free service. Don't waste your time thinking about it and just sign up. You will save hours of work with their automation tools.

Absolute game changer for Turo hosts! Extremely powerful tool. I'll admit, I am skeptical about providing passwords to third party apps. But, the risk is worth the reward at this point. Prior to CarSync, we were copying and pasting pre-made messages at specific points before, during, and after the trip. Sometimes we would forget or the timing would be off. Not anymore! CarSync does it all automatically.

I absolutely love CarSync. The platform is so helpful when it comes to renting out Vehicles. I currently run an Auto Rental Business and when using Turo, HyreCar and Getaround this platform makes it so easy to manage the vehicles. However the best part of the platform is their support team. There have been multiple times where I have reached out to ask questions, see if new features were coming, and even recommend features. Just recently, I asked about adding integration in for a fleet tracking system I use and they promptly responded and are not adding the system. Such a great company and I would 100% pay for a version if they ever transition or open up a paid version.

This is absolutely a must have app for Turo power hosts. The ability to be able to manage multiple cars from a single dashboard, connect to Bay Area FastTrak and Tesla for matching the tolls and charging fees, view of trips from the entire year broken down by revenue, additional miles charge, miles driven etc, just AMAZING!

I work a full time job and manage my fleet in my spare time. This does the work of a customer support rep, administrator, and accountant taking so much off my plate.

Carsync is awesome. It has so many features that have made my life easier. Automated message templates are amazing, and automatic reimbursements for Tesla supercharging is literally a life saver! The team behind this is also awesome and super responsive, there has been several times I have emailed them with feature suggestions and they literally added them a few months later.

Best in business all around, great app and wonderful experience
