I've never felt so ignored in my life. Bought a car 3 months ago came up with a fault about 2.5 months after purchase. Took it straight in and they said it was spark plugs and then fixed it sent me on my way. Now 2 weeks later same fault coming up. Took it back ready to reject the car and get my money back which due to consumer rights act 2015 I have the right to do so. Sales manager Howard tried pulling a fast one saying I can't do that as I've gone over their 15 /30 day period of having the car. Luckily hes not too bright. Then he went running with his tail between his legs and sent a service manager over saying we can't sort it now as we're fully booked up but we will ring you back when we can fit you in at a vauxhall garage and get it diagnosed properly. Noone rang me back that day it is now Monday 2 pm and still nothing. I did ring back at half 11 while I was on lunch but after a few rings it got hung up. I tried again assuming they'd pressed wrong button but Noone answered at all waited a few mins before I hung up. I then found another number and they did answere but only to get a response they've already given me before ill let them know and ring you back. 2 hours later ish. Noone has rang me back. So not only did they sell me a car without doing a full check on the car. Then tried to fob me off while I was in store. To completely ignoring me. This isn't over! I will sort them out.
