Placed an ad this morning.

So far I've had a telephone call from a scammer trying to get me to purchase a report from a website called hpiinfo in return for them to pay full price. A quick search showed this to be a known scam.

Then 3 email inquiries from scammers also offering to buy my car for the full price. The caveat being that this time I had to get a report from a website called wheelsdecoder - another known scam site.

I have an ad in carzone and no such issues.

A message to carsireland - do something about this issue as these lowlifes are clearly using your portal to scam people.

Roman was excellent to deal with. Very efficient

Personal responce v. good but on-line experience poor.

Customer service reps very competent and calls answered very quickly. CarsIreland itself is terrible. Won't upload certain images and randomly deletes images already uploaded when trying to place them in a professional looking order. I have requested a full refund as ive just lost 45mins of my life I wont get back. Disappointing

Aoife was very helpful, professional and presented clear communication throughout our website build

WhatsApp option is great and was contacted within minutes and the issue I had was resolved

Ronan was really helpful and efficient when sorting out my issue! He dealt with it super quickly and was professional throughout.

Very pleasant company to deal with. Aoife has always gone over and beyond for us in everything we have asked for. Our new website is absolutely fantastic. Just a really good experience dealing with professionals

Absolutely delighted with the services and brilliant work. The completely built out website from scratch and optimised that with up to date interface with is user friendly and offers a simple, eloquent and easy to use experience.
Thank you to Aoife, Niall, Dan and the team you have all been fantastic and we are extremely grateful for the huge amount of work done along the day.

Blocked from website for no apparent reason, Stating youre blocked from the website when you log in!!!!!

Had car advertised on multiple website and got no interaction with this site compared to donedeal or adverts

Just going to echo a similar experience to some of the other reviews. Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again.

Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.

I can’t recommend enough. James was brilliant. He replied to my email quickly and He got me sorted out with the car dealer with lead to a sale. Would definitely use this site again.

I was attended, when I call the car owner

No response from seller, a week later, such ads should be barred.

Its just a good honest site

It was a great experience, Phil is the best. He gave us all the time and showed us all the options in our budget, it was an amazing experience, I will strongly recommend carsireland.
