Great service
Called up cuz I had an alternator problem and the girl told me to take it to the shop that I wanted to which I did they contacted car shield I had two valve cover gaskets oil pan gasket and alternator done all in the same day without an appointment and also had to pay was my $250 deductible awesome

Well I called for just a quote I wasnt buying anything just yet was comparing to another offer I had I hadn't even purchased the vehicle yet so I called they told me the prices amd all that then asked for credit card even after I had said I was just wanting a quote this was a Sunday so they kept on and kept on so naturally I hung up monday they call again with supposedly new set of numbers and again I listened and said I just want a quote and again they asked for payment so once again I told them I was no longer interested and moved on Tuesday they call again I didnt answer this time and I won't again but to be that pushy and then I read an article from a few years ago they were in trouble for not paying claims like they advertise the federal govt was passing out checks on their behalf to customers that were rejected on claims now to be that pushy and that bad of Service whats wrong with this scenario ill take the dealer warranty before I ever deal with Carshield....maybe start giving quotes maybe ppl like me would call YOU back instead of chasing would be customers...

Very satisfied owner of a 2017 Chevy Colorado
I have a 2017 Chevy Colorado with over 220,000+ miles, and this is the first issue I have ever had with my truck. I started smelling burning oil, so I took it to a Chevy service center to have it inspected, my advisor told me it was a camshaft housing gasket that had failed and was leaking. He informed me that they would contact Car Shield to see if it was covered. After Car Shield did their inspection, they called me to inform me that the repairs had been approved. Then the Chevy advisor called me to let me know to let me know that Car Shield had approved the repairs and was going to cover them saving me quite a bit of $,$$$.$$
It was good to know that If I had chosen to rent a car while my car was being repaired, they would reimburse me for up to seven days of car rental.
It was a very easy process, and I was always kept up to date on how the repairs were going, Great Customer Service from Car Shield and The Chevy service center.
I'm very glad that I have Car Shield.

I had the worst experience with CarShield, I had it for my 2017 Chevy Camaro SS1 and my 2017 Chevy Silverado Z71. My Silverado was throwing the engine light and making a horrible noise, I tell them and file a claim, dealership was trying to help me figure it out with CarShield and then I looked it up and it says that they cover that. Well after a while of waiting they declined and refused to even pay for the parts or labor so I had to do it all out of pocket. Literally the next day I canceled CarShield by going and switching my credit card number so they couldn’t get no money from me anymore. The lady refused to let me cancel my plan so I took matter into my own hands and canceled them myself. CarShield is not worth it guys. You pay hundreds a month for it only for it it be specific parts that they replace. Even if it’s part of the engine or transmission

The service was very good Im not completely happy with the sending a inspector to check the need for the stated repair that added 2 days to the time to make the repair.
