Bought a vehicle , sight unseen , based on description and assurances of it being a one previous owner then travelled 3hrs to collect . Condition wasn’t as good as described , no reduction in price was possible, one private owner was confirmed by sales manager on site so I proceeded with purchase . On receiving the V5 from DVLA I found out the car had actually got 2 previous owners so contacted Carsa to complain & was told by the manager that it was because I was now the 2nd owner !!! I then raised a formal complaint with the company & expressed my concern that I had been mis sold the car was purchased by them with a V5 stating 1 former keeper , when I pointed out that that V5 would of stated 1 former keeper & the current keeper making 2 previous keepers at the point of sale they didn,t reply and stated that they couldn’t confirm that the vehicle had not previously been a hire or lease vehicle !! The moral here is do not believe the details this company give you either verbally or advertised. I would definitely not recommend them .

Very welcoming
When me and my partner arrived here we felt very welcomed and looked after by Akaash. He was able to sort us out with test drives the same day of looking at the cars. This helped us with our decision and the same day got the car that we wanted and loved! We then picked up the car the very next day. The whole time he helped us with anything that we need to do for the next stage.

If you’re thinking of buying a car from Carsa, let my experience be the warning you wish you’d read first. On the surface, the dealership looks modern and professional, but once you scratch beneath the sales patter, you find a culture built on slippery sales behaviour, structural manipulation, and a complete lack of accountability once the money has changed hands.
I bought a car on a Saturday, paid in full, and after one hour of driving — just four hours after the sale — the Engine Management Light came on. That alone tells you the vehicle wasn’t properly inspected. But what followed revealed far deeper issues in how Carsa operates. They sell cars seven days a week, yet their service department only works five. This isn’t a scheduling quirk — it’s a deliberate structural choice designed to benefit them and disadvantage you. Behavioural science calls this operational asymmetry: they maximise availability when you’re giving them money, and minimise availability when you need support. The result is simple — your warranty is effectively weakened from day one. If anything goes wrong at the weekend (which is when most people actually have time to deal with issues), Carsa is closed. The warranty clock ticks, but Carsa’s support does not.
During the sale, the staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and persuasive. The moment the fault appeared, their behaviour flipped instantly. No eye contact. No engagement. No accountability. This is classic post‑transaction disengagement — warmth during acquisition, coldness during complaint. It’s a psychological tactic used to avoid responsibility once the sale is complete, and Carsa’s staff executed it with precision.
The sales team were far more interested in pushing expensive add‑ons — extended warranties, paint protection, finance packages — than ensuring the car itself was fit for sale. Meanwhile, the actual vehicle had grass and debris packed around wiring near the air intake, proving it wasn’t even cleaned or inspected properly. This is value‑misdirection: they focus your attention on optional extras so you don’t notice the absence of basic preparation. It’s a tactic designed to create the illusion of value while hiding fundamental neglect.
Once the fault was reported, the delay tactics began. I was booked for a time that worked for me, then told the next day it had to be changed to a time that suited them. No courtesy car. No flexibility. No accountability. This is burden shifting — a behavioural tactic where the business pushes inconvenience onto the customer to avoid dealing with the consequences of their own failings. You end up taking unpaid time off work, rearranging your life, and absorbing the cost of their negligence.
Because service doesn’t operate on weekends, any issue that appears on Saturday or Sunday is automatically delayed. This is structural friction, where the system is designed in a way that benefits the seller and disadvantages the buyer. A warranty is only as good as the support behind it — and Carsa’s support is limited by design. The entire setup creates responsibility displacement: you feel responsible for chasing them, rearranging your life, and absorbing the inconvenience, even though the fault was theirs from the start.
When you combine all these behaviours — sales enthusiasm, service unavailability, avoidance, burden shifting, misdirection, structural friction, and responsibility displacement — you get a dealership built to sell, not to serve. Carsa’s behaviour shows a complete disregard for customers once the money has changed hands. If you value honesty, proper service, and a dealership that actually stands behind the cars they sell, avoid Carsa.
