My Experience with Cars24

I was initially a little hesitant about selling my car through Cars24, but Vansh and Harshal explained the process to me in detail and answered all my questions. They offered me a very reasonable price for my very low-mileage BYD Atto 3, which gave me confidence to proceed.

They scheduled an online inspection, and once they were satisfied with the condition of my car, I submitted all the necessary documents. After the documents were verified, they paid the initial deposit the very next day. Within a few days, they paid the remaining purchase amount and arranged for a truck to pick up my car.

The entire process was incredibly fast, convenient, and stress-free, especially because everything was handled online. I honestly never thought selling a car could be this easy while still receiving a reasonable price.

Whenever I needed clarification, there was always someone available to take my call and assist me. Vansh and Harshal supported me throughout the entire process, right up until my car was picked up.

I highly recommend Cars24 to anyone looking to sell or purchase a car at a reasonable price. My experience was excellent, and the whole process was much easier than I expected.

Sold our Tiguan to Cars24 after advertising on Carsales. Process was quick and smooth. Because the car was relatively new, a video and specific photos was sufficient for them to accept the condition as described. They promptly paid a deposit, followed by the balance the day before I dropped the car off (they arrange pick up from your home as well, but we opted to drop it off as the depot is close to our home). Bhuvnesh and Himani were prompt and efficient to deal with.

I was wary at first of using a company like Cars24 to sell my car, but the whole experience was very positive. Their initial offer was acceptable, but I expected their price to come down a lot after the virtual inspection, and it did. However, we eventually agreed on a mutually acceptable sale price and the process after that went very smoothly. They were professional the whole time. I would definitely use them again. Recommended

I had an amazing experience recently with Warranty & Aftercare Team at Cars24. Emma in particularly was amazing! She was very quick with her responses and knew exactly what was needed to see the claim through in record time!

Great that my sale was handled by Vineet..I was concerned talking to others from the company as I couldn’t understand them well but Vineet put me at ease and the end result is car sold and paid for (the day prior to pickup)and money available instantly.No waiting for clearance.Simply took plates off for refund and truck took car away.Very clean and hassle free way to sell.

Cars24 has disappointed me in their actions this week, Had to leave a $500 deposit to reserve a vehicle in Sydney ( I live in VIC…… ! ) And, i would have bought it cash. ?
They received my money within minutes to process me into their system.
So, we can’t agree on a way forward & will refund my deposit. Which will take 3 working days to appear back into my Bank Acc. ??
Very quick to receive money & SLOW to reimburse.

I couldn't believe the level of service we got at cars24 Altona branch. After arriving at out 4pm appointment we were met by a very young team member who After greeting us he then instructed us to take a seat while he would get a team member from the sales department to see us..some time had passed and we looked around and noticed that we were the only customers there and none of the many sales staff had taken any initiative to assist but instead gathered around the floor making conversation. I approached them and asked if they were the sales representative's there! And why no one had come across and assisted us?? A couple made some silly excuses but there's no excuse and shows the level of professionalism and customer service.. I won't be going there again

I was very skeptical at first when cars24 reached out to buy my car off car sales. You never know, so I did a little research and decided to proceed with them.
They proved to be very professional and efficient with every process. The online inspection was very well conducted and a breeze to work through. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite and professional and offered their.assistance every step of the way.
The offer they gave for my car was very fair and they did not reduce the offer once they saw the quality and low mileage on my car.
Now I have used them I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a car quickly and easily. The ease and convenience in the end was well worth avoiding the hassle of road worthy inspections and every tyre kicker in town coming to haggle about the price.
