Avoid this company

I ordered a bag on 20th November 2022 now on 2nd December 2022 with no sign of the item being dispatched. Contact from them is minimal they dont reply to emails, only contact I've had has been instagram in which they told me the team would look after me. I am still waiting but losing serious hope on the Mystery Ranch bag I have ordered for £185. Would advise to other to mark and avoid this trader as im getting the distinct feeling they are scam artists.

SCAM AVOID

Ordered an item on 25th September. Still never arrived (today 3rd Oct). Not even despatched. No way to call the company, never replied to my email. No other reviews or online presence either. Avoid avoid avoid
