Initially when I placed the order, I did not get an confirmation email or invoice for a day or two, due to some technical issues on their site. However when Syed got in touch with me from a voice mail that I left for him, the process was extremely smooth. Very excellent customer service
Very excellent customer service. Order came quickly without issues. They offer quality products at a affordable price. They are efficient, and respond to emails quickly. I appreciate Carroms Hub for making products available to the United States. Its hard sometimes to find quality India made carrom products available to United States customers. I am spreading the word about there wonderful website.
