Burgass Carrier Bags Reviews 

I have recently placed an order for 10k personalised bags with Burgass for one of my customers. Even though Burgass say on their website that all orders are manufactured in house, unbeknown to me they subcontracted the order with another factory who i do not know and would have not gone to. Unfortuantely the print quality was poor, there was movement on the print positioning and the factory left on the mrco dots which as they were black looked like mouse droppings. I asked Burgass to send samples to my customer and even though they knew they could not print sent samples of their own manufacture even though the actual bags are different. Burgass have been rude and unhelpful with the complaint , not trying to find a solution. I would caution anyone against using them in the future

Efficient supplier who consistently meet tight dead lines

I found Burgass Carrier Bags to be excellent. Our company needed to get two sizes of bags printed with our logos asap. They were very helpful, produced excellent quality bags at great value for money. The production of the bags was very fast, about 2 weeks, some of the other companies we approached gave a lead time of 8-10 weeks! I would recommend and use again!

We have dealing with this company for 2 years, their prices are really competitive & they always deliver on time. Excellent customer services, especially Louise, who always makes sure we get the best deal. You could probably get the bags produced cheaper abroad, however the turn around time would be months. With Burgass we have the bags delivered between 7-14 days from the date of the order.

I e-mailed my requirements to Burgass Carrier Bags (along with several other companies) and a rep came back to me with a helpful, friendly response straight away. Burgass gave me the best price and sent samples which were of a very high quality, so we went with this company. We received an efficient service from start to finish and our carrier bags look great. I would recommend this company for all your carrier bag needs!

Through particularly poor service and irritating demands of a local company I finally had enough so returned to Burgass after a few years sabbatical.
I had only changed supplier as I had thought I should keep independent but stay local as a gesture for what I would expect of my local businesses.
I received pretty poor service from the start but figured I was not a big customer with continual orders so was more forgiving.
One thing after another with every order, a few years later I had enough so returned my business to Burgass for a trouble-free process in a very short time frame (they actually came early!).
Still competitively priced so now I shall stick with them.
