Unless you want to experience below:
1. Prebooked a month ago. Arrived airport and at pickup point, called numerous times, only answered after 30 minutes and wait another 30minutes for their vehicle.
2. Vehicle- white hyundai starex is old and bad condition, absorber and spring not well, very bad body roll.
3. I called them regarding battery flat or near flat as i cant start the vehicle. They replied that battery was new and didnt do anything.
4. Second day, first thing i did was test start the car, but CANT START. I called and they inform they dont know the condition of their battery and not their issue.
End up using grab to airport as i cant trust their "wait 1 hour for assist".
Worst experience in years of car rental.
Checked online, it is merged car rental service but vehicle under New Emerald Car Rental.

We were pleased with the proactive service even when our flight time was past midnight!
The friendly and responsive staff provided us with hassle-free collection and return of vehicle.

One of the best car rental
I picked up my car at the airport and they already have the car ready upon my arrival.
Got a brand new axia instead of a viva, which serves as a surprise, well maintained and smooth to drive.
The price very attractive and their service attitude is very positive.
Just that my tank is less than half upon point pick up but as Penang is a small place, I found a petrol station very quickly.

Reliable and reasonable rates
Very good customer service, prompt reply and very helpful. No hidden charges and they were willing to deliver it one night earlier with no additional charges as I requested for early delivery (approximately 7.30am). Car was clean and in good working conditions. Drop off and pick up staff were all very friendly. Their rates are also more reasonable than the other companies.
