I give 1 star and only for the polite client support, if not - 0 (!) I am a new client and decided to try a service of delivery Carrefour. I placed an order and it was quite easy, so the next day I expected the delivery. I stayed specially at home but the driver didnt come. I called a client support, and they told me that the car is “en panne”, that they will contact me to arrange a new date and hour for the new delivery. OK, I was waiting the rest of day but NO ONE message from their side… Next day I m waiting again and again nothing… So in 2 days I call they and they told me that they cancelled my order and they will compensate me the money… I was shocked with this service because in my country you can get an order from the shop during 15 minutes (!) nicely packed and never any problem! Why here in France it is sooo difficult to organise a good service??!! I wish French people would become more demanding for the quality of the service, because now it is a catastrophe!

Never buy on Carrefour shopping website. What happened to me is incredible.
I bought an iPhone from the website, later I saw that the supplier was an obscure company with 1-star reviews. Just complaints. When the package arrived, it seemed to be a joke. The package was very bent, I didn't even open the package and immediately requested its return through the customer service on the Carrefour website. I was told that I would be contacted within the next 48 hours. In a short time I received a message on WhatsApp from a contact called The Carrefour Returns Center. I was told that it was about returning an object. They gave me a code for me to be able to send the package by post, which I did.
After 13 days, I received an email from Carrefour in which I was given another return code. When I said that I had already sent it, it turned out that the people I had sent it to were not from Carrefour. How did they know my whatsapp number? They obviously received the information from those who work at the customer service. This is how they work at Carrefour Brasil!!!

I would like to express my deep concerns regarding the poor customer service I have received from Joanna. On several occasions, I have found her to be unhelpful, unresponsive, and in some instances, dishonest. As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive professional and courteous service, and unfortunately, Joanna has failed to meet these expectations.
One of the most troubling aspects of my interactions with Joanna is her propensity to provide misleading information and outright lies. In multiple instances, she has promised resolutions that were never delivered, made false claims about company policies, and generally displayed a lack of integrity in her communication with me. I too have been trying to "unsubscribe" for weeks. I get numerous emails in Spanish every day offering me prizes. I have sent emails to Customer Service, completed the Unsubscribe procedure more times than I can remember, and still they come. Does anyone know what you have to actually do to get free of this nuisance? I think it is illegal in the EU to refuse to delete someone on request. Must be wrong, as I cannot achieve this. It's ludicrous. I live in a country with no Carrefour shops, and the emails are in a language I do not speak.

Carrefour will do nothing about fraud
Somebody used my email address to make a Carrefour account, and not only did they let them, without verifying the account, they refuse to let me delete my email address from their systems. Everytime I ask them they phone the person who fraudulently used my address and cancel the request. They have clearly told me they will not delete my email address unless I have a phone number in the UAE, which I'll never have.
