Very happy with the quality of my purchase, quick delivery, easy to fit. Great value for money.

Initailly we went to the local high street motor factors, £290 they wanted for just the roof rack, then asked what colour my car was, which is black, so said i would want black roof bars, yes, thats another £40, my card went back into my wallet, i wanted the correct bars for my car, and thats what i got from CarRacks for less than half(fords) the price of high street store.

Easy to find the right type of rack, swift despatch, easy to follow video on fitting. Can't fault them.

Good product , delivery good, fair price

A purchase of a paddle board from this company resulted in unexpected additional charges due to being based in the UK. These extra fees were not clearly disclosed during checkout and were only applied after the purchase, making the final cost far higher than expected. The lack of transparency regarding UK shipping, customs, or taxes is a significant issue. Buyers in the UK may want to look for companies with clearer pricing structures.

Purchased two SUP boards in the sale from carracks.co.uk. Items were then shipped from a sister company in Dublin thus meaning Duty, Vat and a handling charge were added £150. Site is setup as a UK entity and no mention was made of shipping from Ireland or additional charges.
Support was useless and none of the three companies in the family answered the phone.
Stay away if you’re in the UK.

Got a roof rack for our Renault scenic EV 25 plate and it didn't disappoint. Great price over rivals at around £84. Was perfect for a camping trip with a roof box. Would heartily recommend Car racks.

Wasn’t sure which rack would fit my car, Carracks website guided me through and the correct roof bars were delivered 2 days later and fit perfectly. They were the cheapest available but are excellent quality.

Easy to find suitable fitting racks for our car, not too tricky to fit either, overall pretty painless experience and we got it for a good price and in good time before our holiday!

Needed roof bars for new car ahead of a weekend canoe trip. Ordered Monday & my heart sank when the confirmation came through that they were being shipped from Ireland. Arrived on Thursday!! Excellent quality bars at a fraction of the price of eg Thule and other brands! Would definitely recommend!!

Paddleboard came in reasonable time, and was a better price than others. Not used it yet but looks in order.

Changed my car so needed roof bars to fit. Halford were totally useless, and searching online was frustrating and difficult to get the right wording to find the right product. The CarRacks website came up in one of my searches. I was sceptical at first because of the obvious name, thought it might be a false site. So pleased I pursued with them, site was easy to use, prices looked too good to be true (another warning). Placed order from a clear picture of both the roof bars and the rails I needed to attach to for clarity of correct product to purchase. Very easy payment. Online confirmation was immediate and delivery was rediculously quick. Would highly recommend company. First class.

Ordered roof bars for my car. Very competitively priced and great quality. There was a slight delay with Carrier used for delivery and I received an email to alert me. had. I was unsure if I would get delivery in time for my holiday trip and a quick email to them and a quick response reassured me Would definitely order again…

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased an Aqua Marina Paddle Board and only discovered after shipment that I was expected to pay additional customs charges. This was not clearly communicated during the ordering process or in the shipping information.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. There is no email address or phone number available to contact the company. The only "Contact Us" option on the website has been showing an error for the past three days, preventing me from sending a message or getting any assistance.

Customers should be clearly informed of any additional charges before purchasing, and there should be a reliable way to contact the company when issues arise. Unfortunately, neither was the case here.
