Carpuride returns process is non-existent. After following the instructions on their website and emailing the specified address, they kept trying to convince me to just take a $50 refund for a $200 product. You practically have to be an electrician to install the backup camera, and the radio transmitter to car stereo doesn’t work. Avoid this company.

Having issue a W609 unit and came to the conclusion that the product support from Carpuride directly is useless. They responded to the first e-mail in less than 24 hour and after that... radio silence to my reply.
Also they don't allow to put bad review on their website(filtering).
So don't expect that the return/refund policy will be honored if you have issue with purchase unless you purchase it from Amazon.

The Carpuride unit is decent just there’s no after sales in place if it goes faulty or damaged mine as got a cracked screen I needed repairing contacted Carpuride they said there’s nothing in the uk and if I sent it back to china they couldn’t guarantee that they’d receive it there words not mine so suggested if I paid them $40 they would send one from china and I could fit it myself but be careful when doing it as it’s tricky 😩I’ve no experience in doing anything like this so not an option so very disappointed with Carpuride I wouldn’t buy another one.

already paid for the product and then I wait several days and they tell me that they don't have inventory so I have to keep waiting. Why they sell it if they don’t have it

Great company and a great product. I have an old Porsche 911 and the ability to add CarPlay and a rear camera at an affordable price is fantastic. I installed a Bluetooth radio a few years ago so can now take advantage of the wireless connectivity. It works like a dream.

Better then expected.
Now I can use Music from my mobile in my 2008 SLK very comfortable!

I had a device from another vendor and it was far from being satisfying. Cheaper means cheap quality!
My 901 is just great. I'm picky with sound quality and I'm fully satisfied. I had a little problem with the sound level of phone and Teams calls, but it is fixed now!
Helpful customer service: changing my booting screen was quick and easy!

I had to edit my comment. I just got the package.it took around 3 weeks to come. Have not installed it in my car yet, probably will change the stars after using it for some weeks.
The customer service contacted me after i left review here. I will give 4/5 star to the customer care service. 1less star because of contracting 4 days late but after that they did a great job in updating me about my package.

Would I recommend carpruide, my answer is no. The only thing that is positive is the apps on it look good. What does it play, well nothing. Won't play any thing from usb stick, nothing from sd card, nothing from the mobile. The support from carpruide is to be some what desired. After trying everything, from formating sd card to deleting and resetting nothing from above mentioned will play. I am using parrot now, all is working correct. I can't give my carpruide w709 away, although it has reverse camara, not used as this does not work either although been installed by my volvo garage. My advice at this current avoid getting any product by carpruide.

I saw this product on the internet, and since then I've done some research and from youtube there's a man from the france coast who was extolling the virtues of this product.
So it interested me more and I ordered it and since I received it I love it.

La pantalla funciona perfectamente. Tanto en carplay como android auto. Instalación sencilla, la cámara tiene algo más de complejidad, ya que tienes que coger corriente de la luz de marcha atrás y quizás sea complicado según el coche y según el usuario.
El servicio postventa, de atención al cliente, ha sido muy rápido con mis preguntas, como cambiar el logo de arranque, boot logo.
Recomiendo el nuevo dispositivo con Bluetooth dual. El mío no lo es y creo que es una opción muy recomendable si el coche tiene la opción de A2DP.

The screen works perfectly. Both in carplay and android auto. Simple installation, the camera is a little more complex, since you have to draw power from the reversing light and it may be complicated depending on the car and the user.
The after-sales service, customer service, has been very quick with my questions, how to change the boot logo, boot logo.
I recommend the new device with dual Bluetooth. Mine is not and I think it is a highly recommended option if the car has the A2DP option.

My wife and I both have the W707 installed in our vehicles and we could not be happier. First and foremost, the product is beyond reliable, it starts up every day, connects to our phones without issue, and provides full CarPlay functionality in an attractive, correctly sized screen. The company behind the product is simply fantastic, beyond responsive to our questions and needs, the free customized boot up screen is just an added plus but really makes it feel like our own. We both had products from other companies prior to making our purchases with Carpuride, they don't even come close to the value for the money that we get with the W707 product. And the dual USB car charger is fantastic, it should be made part of the standard offering, along with a bean bag mount versus suction, other bracket, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend the W707 or any other Carpuride product to anyone else, it is that good. Especially with a lot of not so great competitive products out there. Thank you Carpuride!

I ordered the Carpuride 103 pro. Works amazing in my Honda Ridgeline. So simply to use. I even have a custom boot screen. A must for cars without Android auto.

Very good screen, however, watch out for Netflix Canal+ and Disney! Only YouTube!

I ordered the Carpuride W609 and use it in BMW Z3.
It's works great and allow me to adapt correctly the sound with EQ. I use the cable to transmit.
If it was a little bit brighter (it's softop) I will apply 5*.
But be sure that in traditional car it's bright enought
